2 Cleanroom Stationery Paper For many years it has been recognised that conventional paper based products are among the major sources of particulate contamination in a cleanroom. Our range of stationery and documentation systems is designed to significantly reduce this risk. As well as paper and computer forms, notebooks and pens are also available and customer logos and customised designs can be pre-printed if required. In addition to the ranges shown here we have other types available. BCR Bond Cleanroom Paper BCR Bond is manufactured with a cellulose base and a latex binder is introduced during the paper making process resulting in a consistent heat resistant paper. Suitable for cleanroom Classes 10-10,000 (ISO4-7) it can be photocopied and is compatible with all copiers and printer types. 4 Cleanroom Stationery Sticky Notes CleaNotes BCR CleaNotes are the ideal solution to leave a short message within a cleanroom. Manufactured from the BCR Bond 680g paper they are treated with an adhesive backing that will not leave unwanted contaminants. Easy to write on Ideal for small messages and reminders Made from BCR Bond 680 cleanroom paper Cleanroom Pens Irradiated Sharpie Marker Sharpie Fine Point Marker is the original industry standard permanent marker pen. It marks and is permanent on most surfaces and the quick drying non toxic ink is fade and water resistant. Available in capped or retractable versions the pens are irradiated, and double bagged with four per pack making them suitable for Aseptic ISO 5 and cleaner production areas. 5 Cleanroom Tapes Regular and Sterile Applications requiring the use of clean tapes are ever increasing and as a consequence the Micronova range of tapes continues to grow to meet the demands of various industry requirements, the most popular of which are illustrated here. All tapes carry documentation to certify low extractables which are a particular concern to micro-electronic related industries. ESD tapes and irradiated versions are also available for static sensitive and aseptic environments. A convenient glove sealing tape system can also be supplied. CR100PC Vinyl Tape The CR100PC cleanroom tape is extremely conformable thus ideal for taping and sealing curved and irregular surfaces. The matt finish ensures that it can easily be written on with a cleanroom pen and the synthetic adhesive allows the tape to be easily removed and does not leave any residues. Once applied to the substrate the tape will withstand steam sterilisation and dry heat. 6 Cleanroom Tapes Regular and Sterile PCX Polyethylene Tape - Class 10 Processed The PCX tape is a low density polyethylene tape wound on a plastic core and is processed and double packaged in a Class 10 cleanroom. The acrylic adhesive provides good clean peel properties from many surfaces such as glass and enamel. All rolls 108 feet /33 metres length. 7 Cleanroom Tapes Regular and Sterile CR100IR Irradiated Cleanroom Vinyl Tape An ultra processed, irradiated vinyl tape that helps limit particulate and bio-burden counts. Ideal for the sealing agar and settle plates and the taping of petri dishes for transportation. Processed in a Class 10 environment, wound on a plastic core and double bagged, the tape comes with full certification of irradiation and lot traceability. Available in the same colours and widths as the CR100PC tape shown on page 69. Irradiated Clean Vinyl Tape CR100PCIR/Width/Colour CSLB MicroSeal Tape For cleanroom gowning, this conformable polyethylene tape can be used to ensure an effective seal between the glove and garment. Perforations at 3 intervals allow the user to bind and tear at the optimum length to secure the glove. The low outgassing polyethylene film will remove cleanly leaving no adhesive residue. Unlike more expensive competitive products used in aseptic and pharmaceutical gowning applications, MicroSeal Tape is wound on a 3 plastic core with no liner meaning less packaging and waste to discard. Available in white in 2 and 3 inch widths. Also available irradiated. The 18-yard roll will seal approximately 42 gloves. CSLB Microseal Tape 1/2, 3/4, or 1 Width - 18 Yards White CSLB/Width/WH 825 Extreme Temperature Tape An extreme temperature tape comprised of transparent amber polyimide film with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive.
