Informatica Axon Data Governance is a knowledge repository and data governance tool. Axon 5.4 Fixed Limitations Review the Release Notes of previous releases for information about previous fixed limitations. The following table describes fixed limitations: AXON-5349 AXON-5112 AXON-5109 AXON-4993 AXON-4824 AXON-4688 AXON-4651 AXON-4598 If you edit and save an object after receiving a validation message, Axon does not save the grid on the Impact and Stakeholders tabs of the object. In the Relationships tab of a data set, you have to drag and adjust the other grid columns to view the Interface column. You cannot add and save an interface for an Attribute X Attribute relationship if you select the blank value in the Scope of Data column. In the Admin Panel, if you create a new data quality role and select the New permission for the role, the permission does not appear in the Action dropdown when you log in as a stakeholder and create a data quality rule. A daily activity notification shows the special character "}" in the content. When you search for a legal entity, Axon does not show the related data sets. The History tab does not show consistent date format in all the facets. If you open the Stakeholders or History tab for a Glossary object and export the entries to CSV or PDF format, Axon displays an error

When you upgrade to Axon version 5.3 in silent mode, the upgrade fails. Exported search results display HTML tags in the CSV file. If you upload a document with a Russian name, Axon generates an exception. The Data Quality Report grid does not display the Data Quality Report ID column. When you reorder a search query that has the OR or NOT operator to swap with the search query that has the FIND operator, the FIND operator changes to the AND operator instead of changing to the OR or NOT operator. After you bulk upload data sets, Axon shows the data set names in the Alternate Name column instead of the Name column within a System object. In the Data Quality facet, Axon displays the Data Quality Results score based on the last updated date and not based on the latest date. Axon does not validate duplicate Geography objects when you perform a bulk upload. After you add objects in the Impact tab for a Regulation object, the Stakeholder tab does not display all the added objects in the Stakeholder Community section. You cannot delete a glossary that is assigned to an attribute in a data set. The character limit for the Sourcing Logic field in the Attribute X Attribute relationship template is low. If you create a Business Area object with a duplicate name, Axon does not display a warning message. In the Role facet, Axon does not display accurate names in the Object Type column. If you edit a workflow from the Admin Panel, Axon displays a Permission Denied error. When the FIPS 140 security standard is implemented, the Axon SSL PEM files are not read correctly. Axon does not display any search result if you search for a process that has child objects with the Axon Status field as "Deleted." If you have System objects with Japanese characters in their names and you overlay Process maps with System objects, the system names appear blank. If you search for Capability objects, Axon takes a long time to display the results. The data quality rule map displays the incorrect rule type when the following conditions are true: 1. You modify a data quality rule type. 2. You create a data quality rule for the modified rule type. 3. You add a report to the rule. 4. You open the data quality rule map and select the Data Quality overlay. The map displays the earlier rule type instead of the modified rule type

3 AXON-1813 AXON-1811 AXON-1086 If you use the plain text editor to write object descriptions, the control characters in the descriptions are displayed when you overlay object maps with. If you export the objects to a CSV file, the file displays the control characters. If you add an attribute in the Relationships tab of a data set without entering any value in the Scope of Data field, Axon displays an error. If you update the scores of a data quality rule using the bulk upload templates or the REST API, the Last Result and Last Result Date fields for the rule display incorrect values. If you open a Glossary object in Edit mode and go to the Data Quality tab, Axon displays an error when you delete multiple standard data quality rules. Workaround: Delete the standard data quality rules one at a time. You can also delete multiple standard data quality rules from the Data Quality facet in Unison search. If you download a workflow as a BPMN file and upload the same file again in the edit view of the workflow, the file fails to upload. If you upload a document or add a URL to an Axon object, Axon displays an error when you delete the document or URL and click Save. When you access the Axon logs in a Linux system, the time in the Linux system is different from the time in your local machine. When you search for a glossary based on a deleted alias name, Axon incorrectly lists the glossary in the search results. You cannot bulk upload a Data Quality Report for data quality objects that are not linked to attributes. Axon incorrectly displays a count of Enterprise Data Catalog resources in the Enterprise Catalog Resources view because there are no supported resources types in Enterprise Data Catalog. The CSV file for logs do not match the search results displayed on the screen when the following conditions are true: 1. You enter some search criteria in the Logs page of the Admin Panel. 2. You do not click Search, so the search results are not yet displayed on the page. 3. You choose the Export to CSV option. 4. You open the downloaded CSV file. The CSV file contains the log entries that match your search criteria although you have not performed the search in the Logs page

After you delete a system that is linked to a resource, Axon displays the fields of the deleted system in Enterprise Catalog. If you delete a local data quality rule without removing the frequency of measuring the rule with Informatica Data Quality, the Axon Agent log file <Axon_Agent_Home>/logs/dq-axon/ dqagent.log shows a DQCheckException error. You cannot delete a data quality rule type associated with a deleted data quality rule. Axon displays an improper error message. When you edit a Capability object to remove the reference number, the object is not saved and no error message appears. Users created from the LDAP directory cannot log in to Axon if the LDAP connection details are removed from the Admin Panel. This issue occurs even when the SuperAdmin resets the password of the users. When you upgrade Axon from version 5.2 to 5.4, the Data Quality dashboard does not display the data quality rule types correctly if there are more than nine data quality rule types. If the Logs page in the Admin Panel contains a large number of entries and you export the entries as a CSV file, the CSV file does not contain all the log entries. If you enter special characters in the keyword and apply the Reference filter, Axon does not display accurate results in Unison search. Axon does not populate the Due Days and Active Step columns in the Unison grid of the Change Request facet even after you entered the details in the workflow. If you delete all the existing data quality rule types and then create another data quality rule type, Axon generates an exception. Workaround: If you want to add another data quality rule type, ensure that the data quality rule type has at least one value. Values in the Data Quality overlay vary based on order of assignment of attributes to the Data Quality rules. In Data Quality overlay, Axon does not display the average values for a data quality rule that have links to multiple attributes. In Data Quality overlay, Axon does not display the average values for Attributes overlay if an attribute is mapped with multiple data quality rules. Axon displays the timestamp for activities in the GMT time zone regardless of your system time zone
