[4] Question 6 In the process of administering an Oracle database, there are a number of utilities that enable the DBA to interact with and manage the database. Amongst these are the Enterprise Manager which works mostly with wizards and the Command line which is implemented using SQL*Plus. It has been argued that DBAs are better off using the command line environments like SQL*Plus rather than using a utility running a wizard that makes everything as easy as clicking away without much thought to the input and/or output.
