Our intermediate product, VFSource, offers direct import from numerous standard and proprietary DVR file formats; screen and analog video capture from legacy formats; frame and still image extraction capabilities; and a basic, easy-to-use set of processing tools to both reformat as necessary and improve the clarity of both the video and the audio. For file formats that are not yet supported, VFSource will make a secondary besteffort to import any recognizable video data from the file. The comprehensive Import Media menu provides extensive support for directly importing most standard multimedia file formats (video, audio, and images), plus numerous proprietary and multicamera file formats from many popular DVR models. Additionally, any set of sequentially-numbered image files can be imported as video at a specified frame rate. Once imported, each video or camera view can then be reviewed frame-byframe and processed.
