5 About these release notes These release notes provide a list of known issues applicable to Matrox VS4 v1.2. What s new in this release Matrox Mtx.utils 1.2 provides the following: Support for Telestream Wirecast Studio and Telestream Wirecast Pro v Updates to address specific customer issues and to improve overall stability. Known issues Please be aware of the following issues with version 1.2. When installing the Matrox VS4 software (Mtx.utils), you may receive a message that some device drivers have not been installed successfully. You can ignore this message, as the device drivers will be successfully installed once the Mtx.utils installation is complete. To play back or edit a Matrox ISO recorded SD 16:9.avi video file at the correct 16:9 aspect ratio in Adobe Premiere Pro on a system without MXO2 or Mojito MAX hardware, perform the following steps: a In Premiere Pro, import the SD 16:9.avi video file. b In the Project window, right-click the video, and then choose Modify > Interpret Footage. c In the Interpret Footage tab, under Pixel Aspect Ratio, select Conform to, and then select either D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 (1.2121) (for NTSC 16:9) or D1/DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587) (for PAL 16:9). d Click OK. e Place the video file on the timeline and play back or edit your file as you would normally.
