1 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 1 of 12 User Interface The Send feature now includes more extensive lists and more detail for the addresses you select from the lists. You can now link Content objects to records, and include a pre-defined list of recipients in PaceStation inquiries. You can also mark PaceStation inquiries and reports as "internal only" to prevent the system from sending them to customers, vendors or contacts. If your system includes the CRM module, the system now creates opportunities and/or activities after you send an to a contact or customer. Accounts Payable You can now import Datev EntryBatch files (German: Buchungsstapel) via the Datev Import PaceConnect record. The system adds payment records to customer invoices and vendor bills and enables you to perform accounting functions in Datev while keeping the records in EFI Pace up to date. Please note that the DatevImport is limited to EntryBatch files and does not support importing other Datev files. Accounts Receivable The Sales Commission Report (sales-commission-report.rpt) now includes a new parameter, Invoice Amount Sub-/Grand Totals, that controls whether invoice subtotals and grand totals appear on the report. The system displays the invoice amount for each commission distribution line, but the subtotal of the invoice amount may not be desired if commissions are distributed in your company between multiple salespeople for a given invoice. If a salesperson is assigned more than one commission distribution line(e.g., one for a fixed dollar amount and another created by a % of the sale) the system overstates the invoice amount subtotal. If more than one salesperson received commission on the same invoice, the system overstates the grand total of the invoice amount. However, the value in this field does not affect the actual calculated commission.

3 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 3 of 12 The CRM Outlook plugin now supports Microsoft Outlook Data Collection You can now categorize activity codes and non-chargeable types as makeready or run activities for internal reporting and efficiency analysis. Estimating The system now displays digital press click charge activity codes if you set the press type to include unit charges You can now configure the method for using a composite product when you add an estimate. On the Product Preview Entry page, you can enter the number of pages, size and selection of a composite product based on binding style, and the system displays a preview of the suggested job products.

4 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 4 of The system now includes router machines that use the perimeter of the flat size to determine a value per unit ordered, and the total cutting as the quantity for the time calculation. The printed substrate also influences the speed, spoilage and setup time based on the values set up for each paper weight. The router calculates the perimeter of an item to cut using the flat size by default. If the actual cut distance per piece is a known value, you can force the quantity per unit on the finishing operation to more accurately calculate the operation You can now set up finishing machine types on the new Finishing Machine Type List page, and select a machine type on the General tab of the Folder Add and Folder Detail pages. You can now indicate that whether a finishing operation is a folder, binder, cutter, padding or three knife operation by selecting a machine category and specific machine on the Machine Selection tab of the Finishing Operation Add or Finishing Operation Detail page. If you select Folder in the Machine Category field, you can now specify a machine type in the new Machine Type field as well as a specific folder machine. When you select a folder finishing operation but you do not designate the specific folder, the system now automatically selects the folder with the smallest maximum size and the machine type indicated, or the folder with the smallest maximum size that can run the sheet being folded. When you add or edit a finishing operation on an estimate, if that operation is a folder, binder, cutter, padding or three knife operation, you can now view which device was forced or selected by the system. You can also change the device, if it was auto-selected by the system For each estimator, you can now indicate if the system should auto-create a quote letter when adding the estimate to the system.

5 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 5 of You can now indicate if the system automatically adds a quote letter when you add an estimate, and you can select which quote letter the system adds The system now includes the new Enter New Estimate - Simple Product entry page, and you can use the Estimator Setup Detail page to configure which button appears on the Enter New Estimate - Simple Product page. The available options include the following: Show Add/Add New Estimate - The new [Add/Add New Estimate] button adds a new estimate and the refreshes the Estimate Add page so you can add another. Show Add/Add New - The new [Add/Add New ] button adds a new version to the estimate you added, and refreshes the Estimate Add page so you can add another. Show Calculate Button - The [Calculate] button appears on the page so you can calculate the estimate without updating For estimates with an unforced run method of "Perfect' or "Work and Tumble," the system now verifies that there is sufficient image area for the gripper and/or colorbar on both ends of the sheet The Estimate Press Detail page now includes the new Side Allowance field. The system automatically populates this field with the value you enter in the Side Allowance field on the Press Detail page in the Estimating settings, but you can now modify the value on the Estimate Press Detail page on an estimateby-estimate basis.

6 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 6 of You can now modify estimate results based on number up adjustments on the binder and the folder machines The system now removes the vendor on the Estimate Paper Detail page if you modify the paper price on an estimate The system now automatically enters the paper grain direction when you select a value in the Buy Size field on the Estimate Paper Detail pop-up page.

7 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 7 of You can now use the new Color Selection, field on the Press Type Detail page to configure a press to use the colors side 1, colors side 2, and/or total colors when looking up the press speed. General Ledger When you create a journal entry, EFI Pace now automatically enters the date from the GL batch for all journal entry lines in the batch and no longer allows changes to the journal entry date. Job Billing EFI Pace now posts a job's partial bill invoice prior to posting a final bill invoice, if both reside inside the same batch. If the invoices reside in separate batches, the system requires you to post the partial bill invoice before the final bill invoice. If your EFI Pace system is integrated with Digital StoreFront, EFI Pace now sends the partial bill "Order Invoice Update" message prior to sending the final bill "Order Invoice Update" message for the same order and includes both in the same invoice batch. You can now edit the following fields on posted invoices using a PaceStation inquiry: Form number Contact First Name Contact Last Name Notes PO Number

Job Control Center You can now manage Inventory Items that may vary in size for each order within finished goods workflows You can now indicate whether a Contact record is a valid Ship To and/or Bill To contact on the Contact Add and Contact Detail pages When you create a purchase order line from a job material via the [Create New PO] or [Add to Existing PO] button, EFI Pace now populates the Job Material Purchased Quantity to reflect the quantity ordered on the PO Line. PaceConnect The "Datev CSV Invoice Exporter" PaceConnect record now creates separate files per manufacturing location. PaceConnect-Digital StoreFront The system now sends additional information for DSF catalog items, which enables EFI Pace to populate products in DSF with new description fields as well as the size and weight for calculating shipping costs.

9 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 9 of You can now enable the new Allow Backorders field on the Inventory Item detail page if you want the DSF application to allow backorders on shared DSF items. Please note that this field appears only if your system includes an active PaceConnect record and you configure the item as a DSF catalog item When you click on an extended application link in the Digital StoreFront application, DSF now obtains an SSO token from EFI Pace. PaceConnect-Metrix The Estimating Setup Detail page now includes the Metrix Timeout and Metrix Timeout Warning fields, which determine if the system should display warning when you use the PaceConnect-Metrix integration with the Estimating module. If this you select a value of None in the Metrix Timeout Warning field, the system waits for Metrix to complete the layout calculations until it exceeds the time you enter in the Metrix Timeout field (which could result in an error message and no estimate. If you select Exception, the system evaluates the value in the Metrix Timeout field along with the number of parts and quantities. If the system exceeds the threshold, then it displays a warning and prevents the estimate calculation. If you select Use Pace Optimization, the system displays a warning, (similar to that produced by Exception), and uses the EFI Pace optimization to calculate the layout.

10 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 10 of 12 PaceConnect-Printable The PaceConnect-Printable integration now supports the current invoice web service; therefore, you must associate the Printable invoice token to the current web service. Please contact Printable to obtain the proper tokens, then update the value in the Printable Create Invoice PaceConnect. With the PaceConnect-Printable integration, EFI Pace now updates the product amounts for orders that contain multiple products via the invoice web service. EFI Pace also deactivates any existing Printable Delete Line Item Exporter and Printable Delete Sales Work Order Exporter PaceConnects, as Printable no longer supports the web service message. When a new/updated message is available, EFI will adopt the service and restore the communication feature. The PaceConnect-Printable integration also supports the current inventory web service; therefore, you must associate the Printable inventory tokens to the current web service. Please contact Printable to obtain the proper tokens. Since these are provided by store, the "Inventory Token" field is now on the PaceConnect Info tab of the Customer Detail page. In addition, please verify that you specified a customer for the inventory item(s) on the General Info tab of the Inventory Item Detail page. Within Printable, if you use Inventory Web Service, you must use External Identifiers for SKUs. To implement this, please contact your Printable Support representative to activate the external ID feature if it is not enabled for your portal(s), and then use Bulk Operations to update all SKUs used by the Inventory Web Service with the appropriate External Identifier. PaceConnect-PrintStream EFI Pace sends an update advanced receipt notification message to PrintStream when you update a Ship To Inventory job (for example, update the job shipment promise date.) EFI Pace now includes the PrintStream sales order ID, pick ticket ID and order line item ID in the FGARN.xml file so that PrintStream can display such fields within the Scheduled Tasks grid Purchasing Purchase orders for "Paper" type job materials or inventory items now include grain direction information.

11 Feature List as of 11/20/14 Page 11 of 12 Reports You can now capture and report the necessary detail for taxation reports in EFI Pace, particularly for VAT and GST tax regimes. You can create a tax report with user-defined categories and link them to sale tax records, As you use those taxes in the Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable modules, the system identifies the transaction and allows it to be included in a tax report period. When reporting tax, you can now define the reporting period by month, quarter and/or year and configure XPath values to report for each category. You can refresh a tax report period to capture new transactions prior to reporting the figures to the relevant taxation authority. Once you mark a period as "Tax Reported," the system captures any new transactions in the next period You can now save a report that you print or and view the saved reports in the attachments. The Attachments tab now displays attachments from both parent and child objects The system now includes the legal business name on Customer, Vendor and Contact records for use on custom reports. System Security When you create system security groups, you can now configure security filters can to display only the related filtered data, or exclude all data related to the filter. System Tools EFI Pace now includes a new Object Usage Inspector tool that enables you to find the use of an object or field throughout the system, including usage on both standard and custom forms and reports.
