LTD and its affiliates ( Creatubbles ) values your privacy, and we want you to know what information we collect and what we do with it. We understand how important privacy is to you and your child, and this Privacy Policy describes how we use, share, and protect information that we collect from you and your child through Creatubbles.com, via any direct communications with Creatubbles, or through any other websites or online services that Creatubbles operates or links to (collectively our Sites ). OUR SERVICES Creatubbles is dedicated to providing safe and quality online social media environments, platforms, and applications for you and your child to use to collect, store, and share your creative content ( Creations ) created by an individual (a Creator ) and to discover, review, and comment upon Creations posted by other Creators (our Services ). We may offer Services to both Registered and Non-Registered Users (collectively Users ). Registered Users are individuals, parents, or legally authorized supervisors per our Terms of Use who access our Sites and register for our Services. Non- Registered Users are those individuals who access our Sites but decide not to become Registered Users. Creatubbles may offer different Services to Registered and Non-Registered Users. While our Services are primarily focused on managing the Creations of Creators that may be minors, individuals of any age may use our Services.

2 Please review our Terms of Use which preclude children under the age of 13 from registering directly for our Services and only permits their use of our Services as such are provided to parents and other legally authorized supervisors. Creatubbles does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our Terms of Use allow children over the age of 13, but younger than the age of 18, to register only with parental consent. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect the following types of information. Information you provide to us. Users may be prompted to provide some or all of the following types of information in order to register, access various content or features, submit Creations and other content, directly contact us with questions or feedback, or access other features of our Services: Contact information, such as name or address Username and password for Creator accounts Geolocation or address information Communications preferences Search queries Comments and other information posted through interactive online features Correspondence you send to us Information provided in Public Areas. Some of our Services may allow Users to browse, find, and comment upon Creations. Users may enter text and information in open fields, such as comment sections and message boards, or comment on, follow or Bubble Creations.

3 By choosing to participate in these public areas of our Services, please be aware that any information submitted through these areas is not private and that information associated with your Creator account, such as your Username, may be displayed to the public. Please use caution in disclosing personal information in these public areas. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor such public areas via software, personnel, or other methods to check for obscenity, defamation or other types of abusive language or behavior, as well as for content that may infringe our rights or the rights of others, all of which types of content we may remove at any time. Creatubbles is not responsible for the information Users submit in open forums and public areas, or for other User's actions with respect to that information. Information We Automatically Collect. Analytics information: We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends of our Services, to generally enhance our Services and our Sites, and to personalize your experience with our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, IP addresses and device information, metadata, and other information that assists us in improving our Services. We collect and use this analytics information from Users on an aggregated basis in such a manner that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. Metadata: Metadata is technical data associated with Creations and other content provided by Users and which may provide information about you or your Creations.

4 Creators are responsible for adding, deleting, or modifying any metadata associated with your content. Information We Receive From Third Parties. There are instances where we may receive information from third parties with whom we have relationships, such as when your account with us is used to register for or access the services of others, or when your account with others is used to access our Services. We may also receive information that you have separately shared with other sites or entities, such as those that create professional marketing lists, to receive special offers and promotions from its partners. These entities or sites may agree to share your information with us. Whether or not any third party actually shares your information and to what extent they do share with us will depend on their agreement with us and their individual privacy policy. We may purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to our existing user database to better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. Requests by parents or other legally authorized supervisors to access information of minors are subject to Creatubbles verifying to our satisfaction that the requester is the parent or legally authorized supervisor of the child.
