3 1 INTRODUCTION This Computer Software Architects (CSA) privacy policy is for the LinenMaster and LinenHelper application (Application) and service (Service) on Apple ios devices. 2 PURPOSE The purpose of this document is to explain how CSA collects, uses and protects data when you use our Application and Service. 4 3 HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION We collect the following types of information about you and your Apple ios device (Device): 3.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US DIRECTLY CSA does not ask for, access, or collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your username, real name, birthdate, address, phone number and address when you use the Application. 3.2 DEVICE IDENTIFIERS: When you use the Application, CSA will access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store a device identifier known as a universally unique identifier (UUID). The UUID is a small data file or similar data structures stored on or associated with the Device, which uniquely identifies the combination of the CSA Application and the Device to the Service. The UUID will remain persistently on the Device. The Application will not function properly if use or availability of the UUID is impaired or disabled. 3.3 ANALYTICS INFORMATION: CSA directly collects analytics data, and uses third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure performance and reliability of the Application and Service. This analytics data includes the Device machine name and UUID. 3.4 LOCATION DATA: When you use the Application, CSA may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store location data, which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of the Device. Some features of the Application, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled. 4 SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION CSA will not rent or sell any information to third parties outside CSA and its group companies (including any parent, subsidiaries and affiliates) without your consent, except as noted below: PUBLIC Page 4 of 7

5 4.1 WHO WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH: CSA may share your information with third-party business partners and Trusted Users for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Third party business partners will be given limited access to your information as is reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, and we will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy, or operate under a similar privacy policy. 4.2 INSTANCES WHERE WE ARE REQUIRED TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION: CSA will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) enforce our Terms of Use or to protect the security, quality or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our Users, or others. 5 HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION 5.1 STORAGE AND PROCESSING: The information collected through the Application may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which CSA or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities. 5.2 KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE: CSA cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Application. 5.3 COMPROMISE OF INFORMATION: In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, CSA will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. 6 YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION You can stop the collection of Analytics information and Location data by modifying the Application s configuration settings.
