4 Submitting documents If you want to submit a document you are requested to: adhere to the style of the committee (see style of documents) include the Document number in the headers print the headers and footers on all pages bring at least 100 copies to a plenary meeting and 70 copies to an intermediate meeting and deliver to Vic Hayes Jlli.m: to the meeting (e.g. by using a courier to the meeting place) include presentation material as an appendix if their contents differ form the body of the paper. Document numbers are obtained from the chair via (vic.hayes@utrecht.ncr.com) or FAX ( , Attention Vic Hayes) NOTE: in addition to a paper copy, you are requested to submit an electronic copy on a 3.5" floppy, DOS format, in either Word, WordPerfect format; alternatively a copy in postscript is accepted. Style of documents Document,s submitted to IEEE P should have the following format: on 8.5 x 11" paper, margins: top: 1", bottom 1 ", Left.75 ", Right.75 ". From ibmpc you will find subdirectories for 1990_docs, 199Ldocs, 1992_docs, 1993_docs, 1994_docs, bulk_archive, editors, etc, excom, regul, issues, working, std. Note that the files containing draft standards (in directory std) are protected by copyright and are therefore protected by a password which is only disclosed to members and participants of IEEE PS reflector We have a reflector provided by Bob Egan, DEC.
