11 Return Policy Stated by law of Republic of Poland you can request full refund in 14 days after purchase if you haven t started to use your subscription. After that period of time you can only write a Return Request. 14-day-Refund: Refund can be requested by at support@reactioneo.com. Your request should contain your User Name, address used to register account and information that you want to use your 14- day-refund right. OSI CompuTrain Sp. z.o.o. will answer your request in no longer than 14 days after receiving request. In answer you will receive further details about completing refund process. Return Request: Return Request have to be submitted by at support@reactioneo.com and it has to contain: - User Name, - Full Name, - address submitted while registering your account, - date of purchase, - details of why you want to return your subscription, You might be able to get a refund only if your subscription hasn t expired. It means that 12 month license can only be refunded if you submit the Return Request within 12 months after you ve purchased the subscription. OSI CompuTrain Sp. z.o.o. will review all Return Requests and will answer to all of them within 90 days after receiving.
