3 Gothic Card Can I access my Gothic Card account online? Gothic Card Online Account Management Your Gothic Card account can be managed 24 hours a day on line. You can make a deposit, suspend your account, check your balances, view transactions or send an to a family member letting them know that your balance is getting low. Web accessibility is an important component of the Gothic Card. Funds can be added into spending accounts using a credit card visit Access your Gothic Card account using your Gothic Net username and password to conduct the following: View your account balances View and/print your transaction history Sign up for account notifications (text/ ) Add Funds using GET Mark your card lost Submit an ID photo Can I submit my Gothic Card ID photo online? Photo Submission Guidelines All active students and employees of New Jersey City University are eligible to submit your photo online for your new official University ID card. An online submission gives you the opportunity to upload a current photo of yourself. Photo submissions are reviewed manually. Please GothicCard@njcu.edu your Gothic ID number and name when photo is submitted online so it can be printed and delivered to the Wall Campus. It may take up to 2 business days to process. To take advantage of this convenient option, follow the instructions below: Select Submit ID Photo on the left hand panelfollow the instructions to upload your photo Should you receive a rejection of your photo, you will be notified via within two business days unless you have set a preference to receive notifications via text message. *If you do not 1 of 4

Photo Submission Guidelines When submitting your own photo, please make sure your photo meets these guidelines: It is a current self portraitit is a clear, good-quality photographit has a plain, white background (no colored background)your head is centered and facing forwardno sunglasses or hatsno comical photos or photos with gestures Below are examples of photos that will be approved. 2 of 4

5 What do I do if my Gothic Card is not working? Contact the University Service Center in GSUB 109 or at to inquire about your Gothic Card account status. I am a new student, when can I obtain my Gothic ID card? New student can obtain their Gothic ID cards a week after the current semester has ended. (Example: Fall semester new students can obtain their id the second week of August) How can I add funds to my Gothic Card? You can add funds to your Gothic Card by visiting the USC during the hours of operations. You can also add funds to you card online from the Gothic Card website. My Gothic Card does not work at the parking lots. What should I do? There are numerous reasons why your Gothic Card may not be working: You may not have enough funds on your Gothic Card or have not paid the flat fee for the semester The proximity chip inside your card may have been damage The parking readers maybe down Please call the University Service Center at for more information.
