1 Page 1 / Scope 1.1 These guidelines contain provisions for using the International Certification Services (ICS) Logo, hereinafter referred to ICS logo to be used by companies / institutions / agencies certified by ICS. 1.2 These guidelines also contain the use of the ICS Logo along with the International Management Accreditation Board (IMAB) Logo for Clients with an accredited scope, this provision hereinafter referred to as ICS Accredited Logo. 1.3 Companies / institutions / agencies that have been certified by ICS shall have the right to affix the standardized logo of ICS or ICS Accredited Logo on writing papers such as letterhead, statement, report, brochure, business card, envelope or other that relevant with the standard certified by ICS. 1.4 This provision must be met by all companies / institutions / agencies that have been certified by ICS. 1.5 Use of the ICS Logo or ICS Accredited Logo used by companies / institutions / agencies that have been certified by ICS is governed by this Rules for Use of Logos and Certification Marks. 2. International Certification Services (ICS) Logo 2.1 The ICS Logo should only be affixed in the appropriate form and size as described below. 2.2 Size and color of ICS Logo Use of ICS Logo by company / institution / agencies must follow the following provisions: Logo used as reference ICS. 2 Page 2 / As the statement has been certified by ICS, within the circle of the ICS logo is given additional writing in accordance with the certified standards and under the ICS logo added the registration number of the certificate, for example: a. Quality Management Sistems ISO 9001:2015 (For example, see Appendix B) b. Environmental Management Sistems ISO 14001:2015 (For example, see Appendix C) c. Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (For example, see Appendix D) d. Food Safety Management Systems ISO 22000:2005 (For example, see Appendix E) e. Information Security Management Systems ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (For example, see Appendix F) Font Type : Myriad Pro (bold) Color : Each enlargement or size reduction should be comparable with ICS logo used as a reference On the sheet of paper, the ICS logo can be displayed when: a. The ICS logo is placed together with the certified company / agency / institution logo. b. The size of ICS Logo is maximally the same as the size of the company logo / agency / institution that is certified The ICS logo must be printed in color as stipulated in point or in case of printing for letterhead, the color should be sharper than letterhead. 3. International Certification Services (ICS) Accredited Logo 3.1 ICS Accredited Logo should only be affixed in the appropriate form and size as described below. 3.2 Size and color of ICS Accredited Logo Use of ICS Accredited Logo by company / institution / agencies must follow the following provisions: Logo used as reference ICS Accredited.

IMAB logo is used in accordance with the International Management Accreditation Board Logo policy (Logo Policy.005 / Rev. 2 / ) Each enlargement or size reduction should be comparable with ICS logo and IMAB logo used as a reference On the sheet of paper, Accredited ICS Logo can be displayed when: a. The Accredited ICS logo is placed together with the certified company/agency/institution logo. b. The Accredited ICS logo maximum size is the same as the size of the company/agency/institution logo that is certified The Accredited ICS logo must be printed in color as stipulated in points 2.2 and or in case of printing for letterhead, the color should be sharper than letterhead. 4. Use of ICS Logo and Accredited ICS Logo 4.1 Companies/Agencies/Institutions that have been certified by ICS shall have the right to affix ICS Logo and Accredited ICS Logo at: a. Letterhead; b. Brochure, Name card; c. Envelope; d. Other matters relevant to the standards and scope of accreditation that have been certified by ICS. 4.2 Companies/Agencies/Institutions that have been certified by ICS shall be entitled to use ICS Logo on their publicity material provided that they meet the provisions of Points 2 and Companies/Agencies/Institutions that have been certified by ICS shall be entitled to use the certified statement by ICS provided that the companies/agencies/institutions ensures that certification is not used for activities whose scope is not certified. 4.4 The ICS LSSM logo shall not be affixed to goods, products and packaging traded and shall not be affixed to laboratory test reports, calibrations or inspections. 5. Other Provisions in Using the ICS Logo and the Accredited ICS Logo
4 Page 4 / The ICS logo or any statement "certified by ICS" shall not be used to express either directly or indirectly that ICS is liable for any misuse, opinion or interpretation derived from the use of such logos. 5.2 If the certified company/agency/institution is undergoing suspension then the company/agency/institution is prohibited from using the management system certification on behalf of ICS for further promotion purposes. 5.3 Companies/Agencies/Institutions whose certification period has expired, and is not renewed, shall immediately stop the dissemination of the article containing the statement "certified by ICS" and prohibited from using ICS logo or Accredited ICS logo for further promotion purposes. 5.4 Companies/Agencies/Institutions that have been certified by ICS must have rules regarding the use of ICS logo. 5.5 The use of the ICS logo must comply with this provision. 6.
