3 1. Introduction This document contains the release notes of integreat4tfs release. It describes the key features of each module of integreat4tfs Application such as Trace Analysis, SmartOffice Library, Mockup, Baselining and Review Management. 2. System Requirements Software Requirements 1. Operating System: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Visual Studio / Team Explorer: 2015, Browser: Internet Explorer 10 or above, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox 4. Microsoft.NET Framework ASP.NET 4 6. ASP.NET MVC 4 7. IIS 6.2 or greater Note: Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the operating systems are supported Note: To access GIT enabled team projects, logged-in Domain User of a machine on which integreat4tfs is deployed must have authenticated rights on TFS Collection (or added in Application Domain in IIS). Hardware Requirements 1. At least 4GB of memory (or higher memory required if executing TFS Work Item queries greater than 100,000). 2. Hard Drive Space: 200 MB For Redis installation: According to integreat4tfs, approx. memory usage per user = KB ( MB) Maximum Hard Drive Space Required = 1.5 * (Memory Size) For instance in case of 8 GB Ram, maximum Hard Drive space occupied by Redis would be = 12GB 3. 4 General 1. Features 1. Team Support: Now integreat4tfs is facilitating users to work with TFS Teams to manage all team-related activities. From integreat4tfs, user can browse and connect to team(s) exist in a team project. After establishing a successful connection with team, user will be able to manage their team work in different areas as follows: Generate Traceability Matrix using TFS work items Model visual requirements by creating Mockups Model Use Cases for requirements Create and manage work item Baselines Generate Feedback Request and view user responses on requested items Generate Reviews, provide and view user responses on them integreat4tfs will keep the information of all work done in a Team separately, so that user can easily distinguish work in between team and project. 2. Create work item from Header: + button now added in the header beside the Search bar, so that user can create a new work item from anywhere in the application, while working under any module. 3. Search by ID: Now user can search work item(s) by using their IDs. 2. Enhancements 1. Performance Optimization: Performance is improved in all areas throughout the application. 3. Bug Fixes 1. Error showed when connecting with GIT project. 2. Different issues occurred in modules when working in GIT project. 3. On selecting GIT project error message is showing. 4. VS Debugger exception is showing on opening GIT project first time. 5. UI showing disturbed and scrolling overlaps/exceed status bar when search item which exists in all sections. 6. Previously selected baseline showing as selected when any baseline is opened from search results. 7. Issue in simulation on searching. 8. Search Results for Reviews and Baseline are appearing in descending order. 9. Use case file does not open from Search results and continuous loading is showing. 10. Proper message should be show in Login page when user is not authorized to access application from other user's local URL. 11. Different icon is appearing for Reviews on search results/new drop down and tick icon not appearing for responded reviews on Search Results edev Technologies Page 3 of 10

5 4. Known Issues 1. Zero (0) count of Mockup and Use Case is showing on tiles, when creating mockup/use case file from different machines at the same time. (if contains more than 100 files) 2. Tiles not loading and refresh icon is showing in Requirements Definition tab (on specific projects) 3. Windows features got disabled on specific system while installing ig4tfs build. 4. Configuration error showed after installing build of IG4TFS when we have VS 2013 Ultimate Preview on system. 5. Service didn't run in windows 8 OS because Dot net framework 3.5 didn't install. 6. Application shows inconsistent behavior when PC password is expired while user is logged in to the application. 7. Blank tiles shown on dashboard while navigating same project with same user simultaneously. 8. Some users are unable to login to IG4TFS with preferred address. 9. Results of searching are not appearing until count of pinned items get finished, when user searches from Dashboard. 10. Comments are not entering and locked at one end when two users commented on same work item Card is not appearing when added from VSO and click from IG4TFS. 12. On allowing multi line text, after entering #work item double spaces are added. 13. When user removes the selected stakeholder id, it will be added in the last index of drop down list edev Technologies Page 4 of 10

6 Baselining 1. Features 1. Folder Hierarchy: Users can create a new folder in Folder Explorer to maintain traceability files in the folder hierarchy. These folders are located in source control so that it maintains the version history at TFS. User can create folder under the root folder, as well as subfolders within a folder. One or more than one traceability files can be placed in a single folder. 2. Reuse Baseline: Reuse option available on Folder explorer, allow users to reuse work items of a baseline in the existing project. It provide users the ability to pull work items and to create a baseline based on the selection from same/different projects. 2. Enhancements 1. Baseline creation based on Date: Users can also create a baseline based on the selected date from created Date drop down available in Add Work item window. 2. Copy/Reuse Work item: Users can also copy hidden work items of any process template such as Shared Steps, Feedback Response or Feedback Request etc. 3. Support for Field Value: Users can now set any Work item filed to a specific value through a Config file. Similarly users can also configure link type to be used with Link to source work item 3. Known Issues 1. Links didn't copy in GIT projects when we copy baselines having links in work items. 2. Selection on the baseline tree is not shown when node is selected on recent baselines. 3. Work Items field names are showing instead of their label. 4. Rich text fields except description showing HTML tags in cross project Work Items. 5. Credentials required to show image in Work Item panel. 6. Only TFS work Item control rich text is supported, other rich text html is not supported. 7. "Edit Work Item popup either asks for the user id and password from the user (if not remembered by the system) or automatically uses the user id and password saved in the system edev Technologies Page 5 of 10

7 Trace Analysis 1. Features 1. Folder Hierarchy: Users can create a new folder in Folder Explorer to maintain traceability files in the folder hierarchy. These folders are located in source control so that it maintains the version history at TFS. Users can create folder under the root folder, as well as subfolders within a folder. One or more than one traceability files can be placed in a single folder. 2. Horizontal Traceability Matrix: i. Filter based on Area/Iteration path: Users can filter out the data of top level work item based on the selected Area and Iteration fields. ii. Column Options: Users can find specific work items and related information more easily by adding columns to the results list for a particular Work item. The default display columns are ID, Title, and State. 2. Enhancements 1. Horizontal Traceability Matrix: Users can select the top level work item types and their linked work items up to 10th level hierarchy in the Editor, in order to generate Horizontal traceability matrix. 8 1. Enhancements Review Management If logged in user not configured: Every time on opening Review Request form, notification will show as Please configure your address settings. 2. Bug Fixes 1. Response panel appears disabled if review selected under my selected review heading. 2. Bullets and numbered list not appearing on review response comments area after pasting. 3. 9 3. Enhancements Simualtion If logged in user not configured: Every time on opening Review Request form, notification will show as Please configure your address settings. 4. Bug Fixes 1. Controls get lost and dropdown list having credentials is shown on double click on controls. 2. Wrong selection on file in folder explorer when create from navigation of any control. 3. After discard changes, name of previous file is showing on title bar. 4. "Ok" button on New Folder dialogue remains disable, when text is pasted using mouse and "OK" remains enable when text is cut using mouse. 5. File doesn't move to recent folder after discard changes. 6. New Folder dialogue window should not move, behavior should be consistent to mockup dialogue. 7. File name displays in Grey area after discard changes on mockup file. 8. Characters exceed limit message should show on creating new folder like it shows on mockup window. 9. Query dropdown doesnot get closed on reselecting the same query again. 10. Link to window should be restricted to move within the page limits. 11. In Link to window query gives incorrect result when special characters are entered in title field. 12. Error message should pop up if invalid characters are entered in search by ID text field. 5. Known Issues 1. Unable to discard changes message is showing in different scenarios. 2. If Web address is applied on control navigation, then on preview if user does web navigation and after that select any other file from preview explorer, it is navigating to same web URL instead of opening a file. 3. Web Search (Google/Bing) is not working in different versions of Mozilla Firefox and IE 9 (occurring only on specific systems) 4. If same name file exists in different folders, then if user run preview of file 1, file 2 would be selected in preview panel. 5. "Mock up appearing Read only to the same user when accessed from other system with same credentials. [Limitation: It is occurring because the file is checked-out on another system with same credentials]" 6. [IE9] Some icons are not showing in control palette. 7. Add file request failed in case of multiple users. 8. Page property can be changed after check-in the file when connected to VSTS. 9. Page hangs for some time after adding around 300 WI's in all links panel. 10. Read only bar doesn't show when leave the browser in Idle for some time edev Technologies Page 8 of 10

10 Use case 1. Features 1. Details Tab: A new Details tab is introduced adjacent to the Steps tab in modeling layout. i. User can provide the use case details in Details tab such as Description, Pre- Condition and Post-Condition of a Use Case. ii. User can view an indicator at Tab if there is some user defined content exists at Details tab. iii. Smart Tag functionality is also supported in Details tab. 2. In the start of Work item description user can view all the data entered in Details tab, afterwards data of Steps and Diagram will appear in the 'Description Tab' of TFS work item. 3. Show Recent Smart Tags via Intellisense: While writing a step in Editor Tab, user can view existing Smart Tags by typing #. i. A list of existing Smart Tags of current file will appear in drop down as user typed #. ii. User can also search Smart Tags of a file by typing #<text>, a list of Smart Tags iii. having the searched text will appear in a drop down. From the list of Smart Tags, user can apply any Smart Tag in a step by selecting it in a drop down. 4. Diagram Preview: When user is writing a use case steps, at the same time user can also preview those steps in form of Diagram at bottom of right hand side of Steps tab. 2. Enhancements 1. Smart Tag: Now user can add a Smart Tag by linking to one or more than one existing work item(s) at a time. While creating a Smart Tag using Link to, user can apply Style and Content in Smart Tag. i. Style: User can apply following styles: List, Comma Separated and Table. ii. Content: User can set different types of contents. 2. User can delete the created smart tag from Steps and Details Tab. 3. User can view a work item popup on Smart Tag window after a delay of 2 seconds at mouse hover. 4. User can view add work item popup window while creating Smart Tag, if user select any work item type which has some mandatory value to be given. 5. Few of the UI Enhancements. 3. Bug Fixes 1. [Random Issue] Read only notification bar is not showing on opening read only file. 2. Work item not showing on search result when created from smart tag. 3. Alternate scenario number hierarchy disturbs on deleting step. 4. Smart tag window stuck on inserting parent work item ID. 5. Stretch image is showing in work item description on TFS of use case file. 6. Call use case window stuck. 7. Smart tag is not creating on inserting existing work item. 8. Continuous loading showing on creating new use case when diagram tab is open. 9. Smart tag window stuck if enter "0" or any numeric value whose Work item ID is not exist in smart tag title edev Technologies Page 9 of 10

11 1. Known Issues SmartOffice Library 1. Time should be shown accurately within the UI, irrespective of where service is installed 2. Folder name containing + sign--while creating a new folder '+' character is replaced with single space if it comes within the given folder name (with any other character)" 3. Selected folder deleted from server, it will remain in folder hierarchy on portal. Microsoft Office must be installed on user system to open the respective documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Access and Visio) otherwise the browser will go for its default behavior edev Technologies Page 10 of 10
