Each parameter can be slightly edited if adjustments are necessary. Where necessary, these adjustments may also be made after initial set up of the CVS2. The CVS2 provides memory capacity for up to 1 colours, which are selectable via external signals, making it ideal for fast product change-overs. Sunglasses with fashionable colours: The CVS1 Easy looks at this and signals whether the frame has the right colour. The colour display supports optimum sensor alignment for setup and Teach-in. The continuously updated measured values are also shown to ensure that all critical parameters always remain in view. If the Colour Vision Sensor has to be mounted in a position which is difficult to view, a separate external operating device with its own colour display and keypad can be used. The label is on but is it the right one and does it match the bottle contents? The CVS2 detects by using the colours, whether or not the labelling is correct. With its robust and compact plastic housing and plastic front screen, the Colour Vision Sensor can also be used in food production areas, or where glass breakage must be avoided.
