3 Step 4. Enter using the alphanumeric keypad and press the Right Soft Key (OK). Step 5. You will now see a confirmation windows which will ask you if you want to download USAePay Mobile. Click the Right Soft Key (SELECT) to proceed with the connection. Step 6. The next screen will display software details. Click the Right Soft Key (DOWNLD) begin Wireless epay download. 4 Step 7. The software will be downloaded and installed while displaying various messages. You will not be asked to do anything at this point. Step 8. After the software is automatically downloaded and installed, Run epay Mobile? will be displayed. Click the Left Soft Key (YES) to run epay Mobile software. Step 9. At this time you will be asked to enter two (2) pieces of information, Create new PIN and Enter Install ID. Wireless epay software installation guide Page 03

You will only be asked to enter your Pin if you have ended your epay Mobile session and want to run the program again. Step 11. Press the Down Navigation Key to select Enter Install ID.

5 Step 10. For the Create new Pin, enter any eight (8) digits using the numeric pad (Numbers ONLY, NO letters). Click the Right Soft Key (OK) when done. You will use these eight digits to log into USAePay Mobile each time you want to use the program. You will only be asked to enter your Pin if you have ended your epay Mobile session and want to run the program again. Step 11. Press the Down Navigation Key to select Enter Install ID. Enter Install ID will now be highlighted. Step 12. As for Enter Install ID, this is a string of numbers and letters used to properly identify your wireless transactions with the USAePay Gateway. Contact your merchant account sales representative to get the Install ID. Then use the numeric pad to enter the sixteen (16) character Install ID. Press the Right Soft Key (OK) when done. 6 Step 13. You will now see the initial USAePay Install window, with the PIN and Install ID information entered. Press the Right Soft Key (INSTALL). The information entered will be sent to the gateway and your account will be updated. NOTE: Remember your eight (8) digit login PIN. You will need it every time you login to Wireless epay Step 14. In the Use data network? windows, leave Yes, Ask Once (Default) selection as is and press the Right Soft Key (OK) to continue. Step 15.
