1 CITY OF CORNELL PENALTY AND DEPOSIT SCHEDULE All ordinance violations for which a statutory counterpart exists, including alcohol beverages, harassment, safety, tobacco, drug paraphernalia violations, and revised Uniform State Traffic Deposit Schedule shall be subject to the deposits and assessments set forth in the Uniform State Deposit Schedule as revised by the Wisconsin Judicial Conference from time to time. For other ordinance violations for which a statutory counterpart does not exist and a deposit is not shown in the revised Uniform State traffic Deposit Schedule, the following deposits shall apply. For violations of the following ordinances for which a statutory counterpart does not exist, the following shall be the schedule of deposits and assessments. 1 Assessment and costs may not be added to the deposit on citations returnable to juvenile court. The total deposit in these cases is the same as listed in the deposit column. Assessments and costs may be included in citations returnable to circuit (non-juvenile) court or to municipal court, except for children under the age of 14.
