3 Chapter 1 Introduction 1.1 Overview TMA1211A adopts MTK7620, with 580M MIPS 24K CPU, as the system control chip. Equipped with 8M SPI flash, 128M DDR2 sdram and 2*2 11ac MT7612E chip, it is an idea dual band WiFi Master Control for Smart Gateway that provides 1* USB port, 2*UART, 4*10/100M ports, 1*SD and I2S/I2C interface. Besides, in order to simplify system upgrade process, TMA1211A specially set one RGMII for gigabit wired network use. 1.2 Appearance 1.3 Features Complies with IEEE ac and IEEE n/b/g standard. High-speed up to 1200Mbps data rate. Provides 1*USB Host Interface for external hard drives/3g Card/USB ZIGBEE/ZWAVE/Bluetooth/ 433 module. Supports 1*FULL UART and 1*UART lite for external UART ZIGBEE / ZWAVE /Bluetooth/433 module. Supports 4*100Mbps wired for 4*LAN or 1*WAN+3*LAN, meet general home use routers needs. Supports 1*SD up to 64G to realize family private cloud. Provides 1*I2S + 1*I2C for extension to realize the wireless AV terminal. Provides 1*RGMII for easy extension to a gigabit wired interface, make future gigabit family network possible.
