3 PROFILE Founded in 1979 by Renzo Guerra, actual President and CEO, ASEM has been actively involved in the digital information technologies evolution, anticipating market changes and acquiring an incomparable knowledge in the development of systems based on the Open & Standard PC architecture and embedded technologies. ASEM has been one of the pioneers in the technological and digital integration between Information Technology and Industrial Automation, in the belief that "Open and Standard" technologies would have revolutionized the world of Factory Automation. ASEM with an outstanding know how in the Open PC Automation offers a full range of supervisory (HMI) and control (PAC) systems, based on X86 and ARM platforms and on the software platforms Premium HMI and CoDeSys, a wide range of Industrial PCs and monitors and a software platform for remote control and assistance, ASEM Ubiquity. 12 SERVICES - FEATURES 10 YEARS Product lifecycle Sales Management ASEM offers to its customers a quick offer service, order processing and an efficient sales management through the CRM Microsoft Dynamics. Order fulfillment ASEM, while providing maximum flexibility in systems personalized configuration, is able to guarantee a standard delivery time of 10 working days from the order, with the possibility to have a speed delivery" service in 72 hours. Continuity ASEM products and solutions provide a minimum lifecycle of 7-10 years, and a further period of 10 years, during which repairing activity is guaranteed. Furthermore, by adopting the philosophy of having a single cut-out for all our solutions we guarantee a perpetual mechanical compatibility that allows each client to improve the performance of their machines without modifying their physical structure Custom ASEM provides a customization service (Custom Light or Custom Full) to meet the most specific customer requirements, whether they are hardware (mechanical or electronic), firmware or software. Technical Support ASEM provides its customers with qualified and professional technical support through a hot-line service constantly available. Repair Service ASEM manages repair activities with a CRS and provides an average repair time of 10 working days on all its products and solutions. 12
