3 IND FTF 34 series FTF 3475, FTF 3480, FTF 3485, FTF 3490 The FTF 34 series comprises four extremely robust IND terminals, specially designed for use on vehicles or on production lines, featuring 10.4, 12.1, 15 or 17 LED displays with SVGA, XGA or SXGA resolution. With their advanced touch-screen technology, these terminals are perfectly equipped for mobile data acquisition and for picking applications. These devices feature IP65 protection and impact-resistant metal housings and fit any industrial truck or commissioning unit. The series is characterized by a front control panel with five configurable backlit buttons and four status LEDs plus two front speakers. In addition, the terminals can be individually adjusted to the viewing angle using the pulley bracket. With backlit LED displays and automatic brightness control, Intel Atom CPUs and state-of-theart technology such as tempered-glass touch screens (optional), this series meets all the requirements of modern warehouse or industrial applications. 4 IND FTF 24 series FTF 2470, FTF 2475, FTF 2480, FTF 2485 The FTF 24 series consists of the classical radio data terminals for commissioning trucks or commissioning stands. All models in this series have brilliant SVGA or XGA resolution displays and touch screens, allowing users to work comfortably and safe, without errors. To facilitate use at low temperatures, such as in cold storage, the FTF 2470 terminal is also available in a winter version (operating temperatures of -15 C to +50 C), while the FTF 2475/-80/-85 terminals are also available in deep-freeze versions (-30 C to +50 C). 5 IND Tablet E100 powered by Getac The staff in the incoming-goods department often have very little time to verify and document the status of an incoming shipment or the number of items received. Checking a shipment against the corresponding order requires simple and fast access to the back-end system. The IND Tablet is the ideal tool for reliably recording incoming goods even between closely spaced pallets and for quality control. 6 IND Quadrino The compact Windows CE terminal The Quadrino is practical by design; it is compact, sturdy, functional and ergonomic. Even where space is at a premium, it can be mounted for maximum support of mobile operations. The Quadrino is available with a horizontal or vertical display, depending on the application. Its crystal-clear VGA display ( pixels) with LED backlight allows rapid and fatigue-free work. Four LEDs indicate the current status of the device. The interface connectors are covered for moisture protection, with each cover serving as integrated strain relief. 7 IND keyboards FTT 2410, FTT 2420 IND keyboards simplify extensive or frequent data input tasks, making the virtual on-screen keyboard unnecessary and relieving display clutter freeing the entire screen for the purposes of the application. The FTT 2410 (numeric) or FTT 2420 (alphanumeric) keyboards can be mounted directly adjacent to the terminal or in a different position on the vehicle. Both keyboards are extremely rugged; they are specially designed for warehouse use and feature backlit waterproof (IP65) keys. The integrated automatic brightness control ensures that the keyboards are always perfectly adapted to ambient lighting conditions. A varied selection of mounting brackets ensures that the keyboard can be mounted in the most convenient location and position that the available space permits. 8 8 Applications The IND e-craft is a mobile workstation that is available in different versions (shown here with an IND FTF 3480 mounted). may be integrated, allowing commercially available peripheral devices requiring a 230-V power supply (such as label printers or laser printers) to be operated. The IND e-craft is equipped with two maintenance-free 12 V/65 Ah batteries. Available output voltages are 12 V (standard) and 24 V (optional). An optional 230 V voltage transformer with different power levels (400/700/1000 W) Depending on the version of the IND e-craft ordered, it may come pre-equipped with bores for mounting terminal supports, in which case the necessary connection cables will already be included.

9 IND e-craft The mobile workstation Inventory control, incoming goods, quality assurance and workshops require mobile workstations that accommodate the terminal, scanner and printer while providing maximum freedom of movement. The IND e-craft presents an innovative concept that maximizes availability and autonomy. All electronic components of the e-craft are located in a removable drawer that can be detached quickly without tools. In the unlikely event of component failure, this drawer can simply be sent to the Zetes repair centre. At the same time, a replacement drawer is shipped to the customer,* whose operations can seamlessly resume the next working day. This design eliminates the need to ship out the entire mobile workstation for repair, saving time and money. For 100% fail-safe operation it is sufficient to keep an extra electronics drawer on hand. 10 IND accessories For perfect on-site mounting Vehicle terminal accessories make a subtle but crucial difference. Keyboards, special terminal brackets or custom-developed features promote well-defined procedures perfectly tailored to warehouse processes. Still, Linde and Jungheinrich industrial truck designs can be quite different, so the matching flexible mounts for vehicle terminals must be different, too. An intelligent modular concept ensures ergonomic solutions for the installation of terminals and peripherals even on roofs, beam or poles. All mounts have been specially designed for forklift trucks. Vibrations are minimized by special shock absorbers even before they reach the terminal. In addition, there are IND mounts for access points, mobile printers and handheld terminals. The IND team of experts can accommodate special requirements by designing custom solutions.
