3 In-Cab Computer 01 The mdash 4 identifies critical HOS violations. ISE Fleet Services' mobile computer, mdash 4, is designed to withstand the rigorous wear and tear of a commercial motor vehicle environment. The rugged in-cab terminal with 4" color touch screen display is compliant with FMCSA section and architected for upcoming regulation requirements. This self-contained unit includes all the necessary wireless communication, GPS, J1708 and J1939 connections to the vehicle needed to automate the electronic recording of a driver's record of duty status. The mdash 4 is easy to install with minimal connections and a small dash footprint. mdash 4 Rugged and Wireless The mdash 4 is loaded with all the features required for a complaint, self-contained EOBR including GPS, J1708 / J1939 connections and cellular communications. The rugged and compact housing makes the mdash 4 ideal for commercial vehicle applications. The mdash 4 meets FMCSA and environmental and connectivity requirements. Its compact size does not mean compact options or performance. The mdash 4 has a robust XScale Processor and Windows Embedded CE 6.0 allowing for fast application design and integration with your system requirements, including custom application development and thirdparty software and hardware. 5 Web Platform PDF 03 Hosting Customers have access to the web platform through ISE Fleet Services' host servers. This is a convenient choice offering easy adoption for operations of any size. All that is needed is an internet connection to your personal computer there is no office hardware or network to purchase and maintain. The latest version of the software is always available, with no updates to download or worry about. Our hosting systems and services are redundant, scalable and secure. Organization setup and configuration The ISE Fleet Services solution is equally suited for managing the operation of small fleets with a single terminal or large fleets with many terminals located throughout the country. Drivers can be assigned to different home terminals and given a driver type to match their role within your operation (e.g. property-carrying vs. passenger-carrying, 7-day vs. 8-day time base). Resources, such as vehicles and trailers, can be associated with different home and service locations. Administrators can add web users and customize their access to specific terminals and functions. Web users can create driver groups to streamline fleet management. Communications ISE Fleet Services provides fast, reliable communications between web and mobile applications via the mdash 4 in-cab computer. Information is exchanged over a nationwide cellular network and can be configured to a real time frequency or triggered by events like driver sign out. This gives back office employees visibility into a driver's current status, availability to drive, record of duty status and vehicle inspections. ISE Fleet Services also supports information exchange with other software applications, such as back office maintenance and payroll systems, via web services and other mechanisms.

6 Electronic Driver Logs 04 The ISE Fleet Services Driver Logs application meets and exceeds all FMCSA regulations for hours-of-service compliance. ISE Fleet Services Driver Logs leverages a proprietary hours-of-service (HOS) library that automatically calculates drivers' time remaining based on various daily and weekly limits. This enables drivers and dispatchers to make proactive decisions to avoid HOS violations. The HOS calculator handles split sleepers, resets, adverse conditions and emergency exceptions, allowing drivers to focus on safe driving and back-office support personnel to focus on resource optimization. Driver Interface The ISE Fleet Services Driver Logs mobile application automates creation and retention of records of duty status for single and team drivers. Drivers select a current status of On Duty, Off Duty, or Sleeper Berth, add trailers and shipments, and indicate when they are behind the wheel. When vehicle motion is detected, a driving status is automatically recorded for the active driver. GPS is used to capture location and odometer is recorded for automatic computation of total miles driving. A comprehensive log view shows the current and previous seven day's logs for driver review and roadside inspections. A clean, intuitive report interface allows users to group, filter, and sort results to find the information most critical to them. Conflict detection automatically warns of incomplete or inconsistent logs and conflict management tools are provided to resolve discrepancies. All changes to drivers' record of duty status are marked and tracked per regulation. Electronic logs are retained for six months and then automatically purged.

8 Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting 06 ISE Fleet Services' Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting (DVIR) application conforms to FMCSA and regulations for driver vehicle inspections and reports. The application is fully configurable to support different vehicle types and supports multiple trailers. Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting leverages ISE Fleet Services' real-time data exchange capabilities to enforce a simple but effective process for paperless management of inspection reports: Create: When the driver leaves the vehicle at the end of the day, the mobile application prompts creation of a report for the power unit and each attached trailer. The driver notes any defects and deficiencies. Certify: Maintenance personnel use the web application to review defects and deficiencies, and certify that repairs have been made or are not needed for the safe operation of the equipment. Review: When the driver takes the wheel, the mobile application retrieves the latest information for the power unit and current trailers, creating a reviewable report. After reviewing the report, the driver checks one or more boxes to indicate satisfaction that the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Driver Interface The Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting mobile application is conveniently integrated with Electronic Driver Logs automatically prompting users to record the results of their inspections. Easy-to-use menus allow the driver to select from fleet-configured categories and descriptions. The creating and reviewing drivers' electronic "signatures" are automatically captured and time stamped on the report. A DVIR view shows the complete report for roadside inspections. 9 Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting 07 Web Interface The Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting web application allows authorized users to review DVIRs and certify repairs from any computer using an internet browser. A clean, intuitive report interface allows users to filter DVIRs by status, vehicle or trailer ID, location, and time. The certifying mechanic's electronic "signature" is automatically captured and time stamped on the report. Electronic DVIRs are retained for three months and then automatically purged. 10 Mapping 08 The ISE Fleet Services Mapping application provides a unique combination of location and compliance data giving dispatchers the information they need to quickly and accurately locate fleet assets and make critical decisions. The mdash 4 In-Cab Computer uses GPS to provide vehicle location, and direction to the user via ISE Fleet Services' web-based interface. The Mapping application provides three unique views: Driver Dashboard Unique view shows the location, status and availability of all drivers. Driver Breadcrumb Shows previous activity for drivers including route history, status change and DVIR locations. Vehicle Dashboard Dispatchers can see the last known location of all vehicles. Benefits: Location, duty status, and availability of all drivers (or driver groups) assists with determining load assignment, eliminates wasted time and reduces stress on drivers Asset tracking improves utilization and load planning Being able to predict delivery times leads to better customer service Tracking a driver's daily route from start to finish reduces wasted miles, fuel and equipment wear Street or satellite image based maps helps dispatchers make quicker and better decisions Known start/stop time and location enhances security of assets and the safety of your drivers
