4 Installing Your RANTOPAD MXX Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Step 1: Using the gold-plated USB cable provided, connect the Rantopad MXX Mechanical Gaming Keyboard to a USB port on your computer. Step 2: Wait for the computer to detect the new device and install the driver automatically. Step 3: Start using the keyboard normally. 4 RANTOPAD

5 Using your RANTOPAD MXX Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Press FN and the desired function key to activate the secondary function of each key. The keys functions operate as follows: Function Key Second Function Calculator Shortcut Key: Switch to on-screen calculator.,,. Volume Control Key: Mute, increase or decrease the volume. Show My Desktop Key: Displays desktop.,,. Multimedia Keys: Operates play and pause, moves forward or backward. Game Mode Key: Use to disable the switching function of Alt+Tab.,,. Backlight Mode: Activates backlight mode and can reduce and increase backlight brightness. Backlight Mode Backlight Mode Key Combination Instructions Setting Step 1: FN+F10 Please choose one of the two main Backlight Mode options: Default Backlight Mode or Customized Backlight Mode. 5 RANTOPAD

6 Setting Step 2: FN+PAGE UP/PAGE DN After choosing the secondary mode of Default Backlight Mode, the following lighting options are available: Default Backlight Mode Secondary Mode Wave Ripple Breath Trace Six-box Grid Backlight on Lighting Effect Single color wave from left to right. Backlight off, single color will surround any key pressed. Single color breathing. Backlight off, the lighting of the key pressed will turn on and then gradually dim. Backlight on, pressing any key will change the brightness of that key and the 5 keys above it to 20% of current brightness. Backlight remains on. Setting Step 3: FN+UP/DN FN+UP/DN: Adjusts the speed of the dynamic light effect. The default mode offers the most rapid effect, and there are four additional levels of diminishing speed. Customized Backlight Mode Instruction: FN+DELETE FN+F10 switches keyboard to Customized Backlight Mode. In the default setting, the W, A, S, D letter keys and the Up, Down, Left and Right directional keys will illuminate with white backlighting. FN+DELETE initiates the Backlight Edit Mode. Pressing any key will switch its backlight between on and off and remain in the last position pressed. Keep the desired settings by repeating FN+DELETE again to exit backlight mode. 6 RANTOPAD

Only use the device within the specified temperature range of 32 F to 104 F (0 C to 40 C). Once the temperature falls below or rises above this range, unplug and switch off the device until the temperature returns to the appropriate range.
