Optimal posture, screen height: For an optimal work posture when viewing a screen, the top of the screen should be level with or slightly below the eye height of the user. To make sure each user can set the screen height to their personal comfort, a monitor arm with sufficient adjustment range is needed. The adjustment range needed depends also on whether you will be using the computer for sitting or standing use, or for both.
