Visual Basic is powerful enough to suit all applications and games programming needs. Question 2 What are the variables types that can be used in Visual Basic 2008? Numeric: Integer, Long, Decimal and Double. Non-Numeric: String, Boolean, Object and Variant.
2 Question 3 Describe the output produced by the following programming segment: Dim mynumber As Integer mynumber = TextBox1.Text If mynumber > 100 Then Label2.Text = "Congratulation! You win a lucky prize" Else Label2.Text = "Sorry, you did not win any prize The user will enter a numeric value into a text box. If the value is more than 100 the following text will appear in a label when the user click on a Button1: "Congratulation! You win a lucky prize" If the value is less than 100 the following text will appear in a label when the user click on a Button1: "Sorry, you did not win any prize" Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load Me.BackColor = Color.Blue When the user loads the form, the color of the form will turn into Blue.

PictureBox1.Image = Image.FromFile("Image Path") - Change the value of a text box. Textbox1.text = Your Text - Load a Message Box. MsgBox( Your Message ) Part 2: Using Visual Basic 2008, design the following programs: Question 1 Design the previous form. The user will enter 2 values in two different text boxes. When the user click the button the answer will be generated automatically in a third text box.
