Blog Post Title This is the most important factor in on page SEO because it will make or break your content. The more attractive and optimized a title would be the more people will click on it and the more it will rank higher.

13 You should try to start your title with your keyword which you want to rank for but if you can t start by your targeted keyword then at least you should have a place somewhere in its title. One thing which you should keep in mind that don t place your keyword in the title more than once. Search Engines would consider it as a spam and will definitely penalize your website. 2. Permalinks Structure The structure of the URL of your website plays an important factor in onpage optimization. The targeting keyword should be present in the URL and it should not contain special characters, symbols, brackets, commas, semicolon, etc. Example of a good permalink: 3. Heading Tags Use heading tags to highlight various headings and subheadings and other vital points.

Meta Tags You should add useful and relevant Meta tags in each of your blog posts. You should also keep your keyword in the meta description but don t overuse it.
