Therefore, a separate Validation Entity, Architect or er must be selected on the application, other than that entity that performed the evaluation. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Florida Board of Professional ers has determined that only another er can validate an ering rational analysis. This means that an by a Florida licensed Professional er cannot be validated by a Product Validation Entity, nor can it be validated by a Florida Registered Architect, but can ONLY be validated by another Florida licensed er. er 1
