Note This is the only section where you can include direct links over the Cisco network and intranet. 4.1 Internal Installation Notes 4.2 Internal Documents Related to This Release This section lists internal documents for this release (requirement specs, design documents, release definitions, QC test plans and reports, and so on). Customerfacing documents are listed in Section 1.3. To include a direct link to a document in Doogle, use the Send Link option available when you right click on a document in Doogle, copy the URL from the generated and edit this hyperlink RDCHR-RLS-137 to include the new address and the text you want to display in the link. Copy this document and name it External RN_PROD-ver.doc 2. Change the document properties (remove the Draft watermark) using the Document Information dialog. 3. Delete the whole Internal Use section (Section 4). Page 9

10 Internal Use Only 4. Delete the Project, Detection Phase and Severity columns in the CQ summary tables. 5. If hyperlinks to icq have been included in the CQ ID columns of the tables in section 3.2 & 4, replace these links with static text. 6. Check the entire document to remove specific customer names (watch CQ descriptions in particular). 7. Check for spelling, grammar, punctuation etc. 8. Change the view to show hidden text, then delete it all. 9. Update the table of contents. 10. Create a PDF copy. 11. Post a copy of the external release note on BlackWidow. Page 10
