1 DESIGNER Datasheet smartperform Pro Designer Edition and Operating Licenses The smartperform Designer Edition is a standalone workplace license as a central tool (CMS) for the creation of a surface design, but also for the manual maintenance and updating of the media contents. For advanced applications, an integrated, graphical logic editor allows for the representation of automation, operation and service processes, integration of control functions, linking of sensors, actions and output media all without programming knowledge. As a pure creative tool, this free version does not have a protected presentation mode and displays a watermark. The designer function (CMS) can also be included in paid deployment license types. Depending on the application and requirements, our smartperform partners offer different product bundles or system solutions, such as multi-touch tables, interactive wall displays, powerwalls, steles, speaker consoles, tablet or laptop solutions. The individual components can be compiled and optimized for the particular application to match the performance requirements and budget. 3 Overview License Model Creative Tools and Operating Licenses The Designer Edition is the central creative tool for creating and maintaining all project and product solutions. The smartperform Player licenses are the operating licenses for interactive touch displays (interactive players) and passive displays (show players) in stand-alone mode, Alone or networked kiosk operation (server / deployment engine). smartperform consists of just one executable file whose purpose, functions and runtime are defined by a license key (variants, see also page 12). 10 Equipment Depending on the use of the interactive applications, e.g. as a multi-touch table, wall display, power wall, stele, lectern, tablet or laptop solutions, different requirements are imposed on the peripheral systems such as displays, touch technologies or sensors. The following is an overview of the most important device groups. We would be pleased to advise you on the selection of your accessories for smartperform. Peripherie Displays & Touch Technologies All Microsoft Windows compatible touch displays (HID) are suitable for operation with smartperform applications. Regarding equipment, brightness, operating time of the respective display technology, the manufacturer s customary design specifications apply. When selecting, the following factors must be considered in conjunction with a smartperform application: - The use of displays as touch tables requires a release for the horizontal installation by the manufacturer. - For simultaneous operation with several fingers (i.e. zoom functions) or through multiple users (multi-touch / multi-user) is based on the number of maximum values touch points. - When selecting the touch technologies (camera / IR / capacitive - integrated or as an attachment frame) or when using systems for gesture control (i.e. Kinect or Radar-Touch) are interactions with factors of the operating environment and usability.
