4 Resolved Issues The following issues were resolved in this version. 1. Resolved an issue where the Workflow File Transfer Stencil would not start a workflow in the receiving project for the transferred file. 2. Resolved an issue where users could not create a user in Central Administration with symbol in the username. 3. Resolved an issue where users could not print multiple file barcodes from the clipboard. 4. Resolved an issue where users could not enter negative numbers in line item numeric fields. 5. Resolved an issue with the Search page where an invalid date search would cause the Search page to become unresponsive in Internet Explorer and Firefox. 6. Resolved an issue where the hidetop=true URL parameter was not working in the Forms Portal to hide the top blue bar. 7. Resolved an automation issue where the process would continue to run even if an end date was selected in the Process Scheduler. 8. Added the ability for users to use dashes in the fullname field in the user setup in Central Administration. 9. Added the ability to use Current Date for separators and dividers in Web Forms. 10. Resolved an issue in the Web Viewer where copying a document from one separator and or divider to another did not work. 11. Resolved an issue where non-admin users could not pull the next item from a workflow queue when using the inframe Web Viewer. 12. Resolved an issue when loading multiple files in the Windows Viewer and the user would select refresh treeview it would re-order the files differently. 13. Resolved an issue where selecting the Hold Reason column within the Legal Hold report would not sort the records. 14. Resolved issue where Record Series would not get exported properly when a project export was performed. 15. Resolved an issue issue in the Web Viewer where the document would get cut off after a user would rotate the document and then zoom out. 16. Resolved issues where users could not edit a template on the server after re-ordering the index field display order. 17. Resolved an issue in the Indexing Viewer where the divider label would not come up after indexing multiple pages at a time. 18. Forward slashes are now supported in project names when creating a project in Central Administration. 19. The docdate in the Windows Viewer information tab now shows the proper date. 20. Resolved an issue where users could not change the divider for a document in the Change Document Information section in the Web Viewer. 21. Resolved an issue where structured forms could not be ed from the Web Viewer. Page 4

5 22. Resolved issues in file details page where the date field would give different errors depending on which browser you were using for incorrect date inputs. 23. Resolved an issue where encryption changes in the Main Options was not being logged in activity logging. 24. Removed rotate buttons in the Web Viewer when viewing a PDF document in the native viewer. 25. Resolved an issue where Central Administration would not load when deleting a user assigned to DocuSign as a designated sender. 26. Resolved an issue where an e-form process would not show up in viewers if a form in the process was set to be hidden. 27. Resolved an issue where the Add Widget panel did not have a scroll bar on smaller screens. 28. Required dividers will now show up red in the Web Viewer when there are no documents in that divider. 29. Improved rendition quality of images when viewed in Search Portal. 30. Resolved an issue where a user would not receive the password expired prompt after their password was set to expire. 31. Web Form Project Link fields will now display the value properly when printing the forms from the Web Viewer. 32. Search Portal will now display images when file and field security are enabled. 33. Resolved an issue where workflow would not handle a decision properly when set to check for blank date field. 34. Resolved an issue where deactivated users would still show up in workflow runtime picklists. 35. Resolved issues where WebDocs s were not properly formatted when the information contained large amount of data. Wrapping is now properly handled. 36. Runtime picklist will now work when completing workflows from Visual Assignments widget. 37. Resolved an issue where users could not delete line items from the viewers until the line items were initially saved. 38. Resolved an issue where a PDF e-form would show multiple entries in Document Activity report when it was generated. 39. Resolved an issue where a zip file became corrupted when exporting multiple selected documents from the Web Viewer. 40. Resolved a sorting issue on the Assignments page when selecting the Assigned By column. 41. Resolved an issue where the Forgot Password link would fail when using the EN-AU browser culture. 42. Resolved an issue where a text field using $. mask was not being displayed properly in search results. 43. Resolved an issue where users could not copy a file from the File Details page and save that copied file if the file had a numeric field with a $. mask on it. Page 5
