3 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Support Applies to Installation Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 is now supported for use as a ZCC CTI Server operating system, and for use on web servers running the Executive Mobile, Web Callback and Web Chat Queuing modules. 4 Migrate an Existing Installation to Microsoft Server 2008 Applies to Migration Assistant The Migration Assistant now allows you to migrate an existing ZCC installation on a server running Microsoft Server 2003 to a server running the Microsoft Server 2008 R2 operating system. 2 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
5 Phonebook Search Advancements Additional Info Tab Applies to Administrator You can now create new fields for additional information that allow you to narrow your searches when using the Console Quick Find. When editing a Phonebook contact, there is a new tab called Additional Info. Example fields that could be added. Users stored in the Phonebook can be searched for based on any of the values in the Value column. Searches can also be limited to searching within a particular Field. To add new Fields click the Fields Editor button. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N
6 The Additional Fields Editor screen allows you to add new fields. The list of fields that have been added. Select the check boxes to configure how the new fields are used when searching. Quick Find Enhancements Applies to Console Improve contact searches using the latest Console Quick Find enhancements. Select the new Preference below to automatically switch to Quick Find whenever you start to type in search data. 4 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
7 Advancements made in the Phonebook allow extra searchable information to be included about a user. New system-wide customizable fields can be created and searched on in Console Quick Find. These fields can only be configured in Administrator. 50,000 searchable tags can be added across the system. The new fields can be used in two ways: 1. Quick Find searches all Phonebook fields for all contact searches, including data in the new fields. 2. Use the new fields as filters by selecting one or more before searching to narrow the search or reduce the search results shown. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N
8 10,000 Phonebook Users Applies to Administrator The Phonebook now supports up to 10,000 global contacts. The previous amount supported has doubled. 6 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
9 Security Advancements Applies to Administrator 1. All users who access Voice Messaging using TUI (Telephony User Interface) can be prompted to reset their mailbox password every 30 days. This feature is controlled by editing Mailbox Classes in Administrator. 2. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to access Voice Messaging using TUI (Telephony User Interface) a user can be disconnected from the call and locked out from the mailbox. 11 Executive Mobile - iphone Edition Applies to Executive Mobile Executive Mobile allows you to connect with your office Desktop application and voice mailbox via your cellular phone. You do not need to be in the office to set your Presence Profile, view your colleagues' Presence, view recent and missed calls, look up contacts in your company phonebook, or check your voice messages. Executive Mobile for iphone is available at the Apple Store to ZCC Executive Mobile license holders. Talk to your site administrator for information on how to get Executive Mobile on your iphone. My Profile allows you to set your Presence Profile, ETR, and Presence Note. Presence displays the current Presence Profiles of your colleagues. Phonebook enables you to search the phonebook and view contact details. Call History lists all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls on your extension. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N

13 NEC Soft Licensing Applies to Administrator and Installation From 6.0, soft licensing is now supported on NEC OAI PBX models, via the NEC License Manager Client (LMC) 1. This licensing method provides the following advantages when compared to a physical security device (dongle): ZCC can be installed on a 64-bit operating system (see page 1). ZCC can be installed on virtual machines. ` The NEC PBX Setup Wizard allows you to configure LMC soft licensing for your system. 1 The License Manager Client (LMC) is an application that allows you to automatically download, register, and activate licenses on the PBX. This is performed by connecting to the License Manager Server (LMS) and downloading relevant license files. A user must provide their credentials (as a Technician/Associate or Administrator) in the LMC in order to download license files, to register, and to activate the PBX. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N

15 Outdial Enhancements Preview and Power Sharing and Enhanced Administration Applies to Administrator Enable both Preview & Power dialing within a single Campaign. Using a queue for each, separate your campaign into Preview and Power dial calls, matching agents against the best delivery method for their skills or confidence. Alternatively just configure a single queue for the one method you wish to use. Queue Preferred: Configure one queue for all retries in a single Campaign. Preview and Power dial calls will retain their original call type. Preferred Wait: Configure the number of minutes that the call attempt for the next available number will wait for the previous agent who handled the call, before being delivered to the next available agent. A new dynamic button lets you very easily start or stop a campaign; the button action is dependent on the campaign s state NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N
16 Multiple Numbers Applies to Administrator Outdial now supports multiple numbers for each call, allowing alternative numbers for retry within a single Campaign. For each call, you can now import two more phone numbers. Outdial will use these as alternative numbers if the initial phone number was resolved as no answer or busy. 14 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
17 The Multiple Number tab allows you to schedule which number(s) to try at specific days and times. You can configure which resolution types will retry using the next available phone number, and you can opt to deliver retries to the same agent. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N
18 Outdial Live Campaign Statistics Applies to Administrator Outdial Live Campaign Statistics is an application that provides the real-time statistics for active and pending campaigns. View the status of all active and pending Campaigns. Customize the real-time view to suit your needs, specifying the data that you wish to see. A new alert gives you as much notice as you need about when the campaign list is nearing its end. 16 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
19 New Outdial Reports Applies to Administrator Outdial now has two new reports: Campaign Available Calls Report: Lets you to view all the outstanding calls for a campaign. Call Results By Call Id Report: Lists campaign call attempts grouped by Call Id. Multiple number call attempts for each contact are listed together. NEC Corporation 2011 UID: N
20 Notification for New Chat Message in Desktop Applies to Desktop Desktop now provides enhanced visual indicators when you receive a new chat message in an active chat session. The State for the chat entry in the Active Calls pane for the relevant chat conversation changes from Connected to New message, and a small envelope image appears next to the off-hook icon. This notification appears if the Chat pane is not active. The icon on the tab header for the relevant chat conversation in the Chat pane displays a small blinking envelope image overlay. 18 UID: N NEC Corporation 2011
21 An icon with a small blinking envelope image overlay appears on the lower-right corner of the Desktop window. A popup appears when you hover the mouse over the icon.
