Introduction This Schedule 5 (Service Schedule) is a legally binding bilateral agreement between JT and each OLO that has signed the Reference Interconnect Offer Agreement and its Schedules This Schedule 5 is effective from the date of signature of the Agreement and is confidential to both JT and the OLO The structure of this Schedule 5 will remain in effect until amended following agreement of the Parties to such amendment or following a determination or direction by the JCRA As and when either Party orders a Service, all relevant details of such Service shall be recorded in this Schedule 5. As such, the details that are contained within this Schedule 5 will be updated as required on an on-going basis Neither Party shall be obliged to provide or be authorised for a Service which is not duly listed in this Schedule 5. This Schedule 5 therefore serves as a statement of all legally contracted Services to be provided by the Parties to this Agreement In this Schedule, a reference to a Clause or Appendix unless stated otherwise, is a reference to a Clause or Appendix of this Schedule 5. Unless defined otherwise, words and expressions have the meaning given in Schedule 1 (Definitions) of this Agreement. 2.
