[Equipment Configuration] tab Setup Items Equipment Address Bit manipulation [set/ reset] on Holding Register Reset of the bits in this word IEC61131 Syntax Double Word word order Setup Description Enter the slave address of the External Device. If the communication is routed through External Devices, you need to enter their station addresses from the left. For example, if the communication is routed through the External Device with Station Address 6 to that with Station Address 2 on another network, enter "6", "2","0", "0", "0" in [Equipment Address] from the left. [Equipment Address] consists of five levels. Enter "0" for unused ones. In the above example, "0" is entered in the three boxes on the right because the communication is routed to the second-level External Device. Select how other bits in the same word are handled when you manipulate bits in the holding register, from "Clear" or "Do not clear". Check this item when you use the IEC61131 syntax for variables. If you check this item, select the address mode from "0-based" or "1-based". Select the order of checking double word data from "Low word first (L/H)" or "High word first (H/L)".
