8 Session Creation your institution is the one to book your session & enrollments as soon as you see your event line in your My Schedule page, you can go into the session and add PowerPoint,.saz files Mac instructors may wish to have Contact North add their PPT or.saz - at least 2 business days ahead, PPT referencing session title to: webconference@contactnorth.ca rto@contactnorth.ca

9 Preparing PowerPoint If your PPT has images, Compress Pictures can greatly reduce the file size: Double click the image Select Compress Pictures, apply to all pictures. PPT options not supported in Saba Meeting: embedded videos live links animations slide transitions

18 About Agenda Builder PPT file Imported into the session s Agenda PPT file Imported into Agenda Builder and edited When I use Agenda Builder, I can: add folders add placeholders for Whiteboard, Appshare, etc. add links / URLS and specify where to place them in the agenda add a pre-written poll change the slide sequence or delete slides open more than one agenda and cut & paste

20 START Your Session! if you stay in Pre-Session participants won t see the content change Session Status

21 In Session & Recording Controls In Session: Start changes to End; recording controls are in the dropdown

22 Leader Controls & Enabling Microphones click on participant s grey microphone or right click over participant s name or hover for drop down menu

23 Text Chat Review each participant has the default options of to All - goes to everyone in the session to All Presenters - goes to the leader and co-presenters leader can activate 3 rd option: participant to participant chat Undock - right-click in the chat window to display time stamp and to save chat.

30 Which Appshare Option? open the document(s), website, application you wish to share click the carat for your different Appshare options one monitor, with pop-up content = Share icon or Desktop dropdown more than one monitor, with pop-up content = Screen 1 or Screen 2 no pop-up in content = choose specific item

32 Moving Between Appshare Items Quit Appshare and choose another item to share or move to an opened item in your Task Bar / Dock: browser brings your Saba window to forefront
