6 FileSync Overview System upgrades and migrations - using TCP/IP, FileSync can replicate all files to the New Nonstop Server configured with the same node name. ( No tapes ) FileSync-Dedup Streams only data that has changed within a file or database. It significantly improves file synchronization performance and bandwidth requirements. FileSync-Incremental Improves processing time by analyzing and synchronizing only files that have changed or are new since the last synchronization. Supports NCI-Sync Business Continuity software for CONTROL & CONTROL-CS from Network Concepts Inc. FileSync protects the version control environment. 6
