1 Yakin! Dealer General FAQs General 1. What is Yakin!? Yakin! is an after-sales service program offered to anyone who purchases a new device from a Yakin! registered dealer. It allows customers to exchange their devices for any reason provided that they meet the Yakin! eligibility criteria and pay the relevant fees. 2. How does Yakin! work and how much does Yakin! cost? Yakin! allows a customer to make up to two Service Requests over a 12-month period. A Service Request entitles the customer to a Like Mobile Device (see FAQ for Subscribers) in exchange for his or her registered device. Generally, there are two types of fees: Subscription Fees (see FAQ for Subscribers); and Swap Fees (see FAQ for Subscribers). 3. Must I be a Yakin! registered Dealer to promote the Yakin! program? Yes, you must be a Yakin! registered Dealer to create your Dealer online account and activate your Digital Wallet to promote and sell Yakin! program to your customers. 4. How can I sign up to be a Yakin! Dealer? To register as a Yakin! Dealer, You are required to submit a duly completed Dealer Registration Form together with all the required documents and submit in person or via any other enrolment channel which shall be made available by Mobieco from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, your submission of application shall not be deemed as an acceptance or approval from Mobieco to appoint you as a Yakin! Registered Dealer. 5. Do I have to provide any supporting documents to be a registered Yakin! Dealer? To complete the application, You shall submit the following documents: Completed Dealer Registration Form; Form 9 or Form 13; and Business Premises License. 16 May of 5

2 6. If I become a Yakin! registered Dealer, can I also subscribe for the Yakin! program? Yes, you may but you must ensure that you use an ID that is different to the one you used to become a Yakin! registered Dealer, to register your device on the program. Dealer Eligibility as a Yakin! Registered Dealer 7. How do I know if I m eligible to be a Yakin! registered Dealer? Be duly organised and validly existing and in good standing under the laws of Malaysia and has all requisite power and authority to own properties and assets and to carry on business as now conducted and as proposed to be conducted, and to perform each obligation under the Dealer agreement. possess commercial premises to conduct dealership related activities; not be in violation of any applicable law, statute, rule, regulation, order or restriction of any domestic government or any department or agency thereof in respect of the conduct of its business or the ownership of its properties; and has all requisite power, authority and capacity to enter into a Dealer Agreement, and to perform its obligations hereunder and under any agreement contemplated hereunder to which it is a party. 8. As a registered Dealer, will I have exclusive rights to promote and sell Yakin! program? No, you will not have exclusive rights to promote and sell Yakin! program. Yakin! Dealer Obligations 9. What are my obligations as a Yakin! registered Dealer? You must promote and sell the Program to consumers in accordance to the pricing structure, guidelines and instructions provided by Mobieco. You shall promote the Program according to the information received and agreed to (i) in the Dealer Terms and Conditions (ii) terms and conditions of the Program (iii) Training Materials, and do not misrepresent the Program (including by exaggerating or changing any contents of the program) or make any material omission concerning the Program during the promotion process. You will use your best efforts to ensure that you will only allow employees who have attended the training program to promote the Program to your customers. You will maintain a full understanding of the Program requirements and will be fully responsible for executing according to those guidelines Give information to the Subscribers on matters pertaining to the Program, teach 16 May of 5

3 Subscribers on how to use the Program in accordance with the procedures or guidelines as stipulated. All Subscribers registered on the Program shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Program and it shall be Your duty to highlight the Terms and Conditions of the Program to the Subscriber. You, your employees, servants, agents and permitted assignees shall ensure that all the mandatory information is obtained from the potential Subscriber and keyed into the Yakin! Application in the relevant fields. All information illustrated in the NRIC of a potential Subscriber shall be verified. Upon verifying the NRIC, You shall be held responsible for any discovery of a forged and/or tampered and/ or fake and/or false NRIC provided such NRIC was forged, tampered or faked by a third party and the fact that it was a fraudulent NRIC could have been discovered by You with a commercially reasonable verification. Display at your premises a signage in a form to be notified by Mobieco declaring You are a registered Dealer of the Yakin! Program and prominently display the marketing and promotional materials related to the Program. You shall provide a monthly report to Mobieco stating the number of devices sold. 10. Are there any restrictions placed on me as a Yakin! registered Dealer? You can only promote the Yakin! program to your customers who purchase a brand-new device. The Dealer ID that you receive from Mobieco is strictly not transferable unless you receive a written consent from Mobieco. You will not appoint any other parties to resell the Program to any consumers as such appointment shall only be made by Mobieco. Dealer Incentives 11. How are Dealer Incentives calculated? Mobieco reserves the right to amend all types of incentives and its calculations at any time and from time to time. Mobieco will inform You (either by , fax, sms or letter, by written circular) the effective date for amendments of incentives. 12. How are Dealer Incentives paid out? Mobieco will pay all types of Incentives, Sponsorship, rewards and/or reimbursement expenses to You either by: Direct telegraphic bank transfers to Your bank account; Cheques given to You for banking in; Direct e-wallet credit to Your account; Contra of accounts for Your debts owing to Mobieco; and/or A combination of the above. 13. What happens if I have a dispute on the incentive calculated? 16 May of 5

4 If You have any disputes on incentive calculation and payment, You shall inform Mobieco in writing within seven (7) working days from the receipt of the incentives, failing which the incentive payment shall be deemed correct and accepted by You in good faith. Dealer Online Account 14. How can I sign up for an account? Once you have registered as a Yakin! dealer, you will have access to an online account. Please follow the steps below to activate your account: 1.Browse to and register for your dealer account, 2.Click on Dealer Account and submit dealer application forms; Form 9/Form 13 and Business Premises License, 3.You will receive an approval on your registered with your username and temporary password, 4.Login to your account once approved. 15. What is My Account portal and what does it do? My Account portal displays the total customers under you, the incentives earned, your digital wallet transactions and current balance, downloadable information, Retail Associate information and a dashboard to compare your performance with other dealers. 16. What access do I have with My Account portal? You will only have access to change your account setting such as password change. 17. I have forgotten my password, what do I do? To reset the password, kindly follow the steps given below: 1. On the login screen, you need to click on the Forgot my password link. 2. We will notify you the reset password to the registered Follow the instruction further and click Reset Password 4. Enter the new password and confirm. 18. I have forgotten my Yakin! account address, what do I do? You need to reset your address if you forgot it. Follow the steps given below: If you are using your Yahoo ID 1. Browse 2. Click on your Yahoo address, 3. Click on Difficulty signing in?, 4. Insert either your Yahoo ID, mobile number, recovery phone number, or recovery 16 May of 5

Follow the further instruction 6. Try to reset your address Transfer/Termination as a Yakin! Dealer 19. Can I terminate my Yakin! Dealership? Yes, either you or Mobieco may terminate the Dealer agreement by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. 20. What must I do after terminating my Yakin! dealership? Upon termination of the Dealer Agreement all materials provided by Mobieco including the marketing and promotion materials and products be it digital or otherwise shall be promptly returned to Mobieco at Your own cost. You shall discontinue the use of Dealer ID and remove the Yakin! Application from your device. 16 May of 5
