The Tap into Summer Free Data Promotion has sub-promotions which run over shorter periods during the Promotion Period. The duration of these sub-promotions are detailed under the specified headings The purpose of the Promotion is to reward you with Free data for banking with FNB, and choosing FNB to be your Mobile Virtual Network Operator. 5. This Promotion is run by FNB Connect & Service Provider a business unit within First National Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited with Reg. No. 1929/001225/06 ( FNB ). 6. In these rules, we refer to the above promoter(s) as the promoter(s), or us or we. We will refer to participants as you. 7. These terms and conditions must be read together with the FNB Connect General Terms and Conditions, Products Supplied by FNB Terms and Conditions, Double the Data Terms and Conditions, the Remote Banking Agreement, FNB Loans Pre-Agreement Statement and General Terms and Conditions, FNB Credit Card Terms and Conditions. 8. There are various components to the FNB Connect Tap into Summer Free Data Promotion, which are detailed under specific headings. 9. Reference to Electronic banking channels includes FNB Cellphone Banking, FNB Online Banking, FNB Banking Application, and FNB ATM s. 10. To receive Free data, you are required to meet the Participation criteria and Qualifying criteria related to the various products during the. 11. Reference to FNB Personal Bank account shall mean an FNB Easy, Gold, Premier, Private Clients, or Private Wealth transactional bank account. 12. Free data allocations will be made within 5 (five) days of becoming eligible to receive the Free data. 13. Free data allocations shall be valid for 30 days from date of allocation. Allocation of free data will not occur in the month following the termination of the Promotion, unless otherwise stated. 14. FNB will not be held liable should your free data expire prior to your use within 30 (thirty) days from allocation. 15. This Promotion is open to private individuals only, where the use of data is intended for personal use only. 16. Where a new FNB Connect SIM card is activated, the initial payment must be successful to receive your free data allocations. 17. Bundled Device SIM card promotion packages not specified under these terms and conditions will not qualify for participation in this Promotion. 18. Where your FNB Connect debit orders (if applicable) were unsuccessful, you will not qualify for participation in this Promotion. 19. When you migrate upwards on your FNB Connect SIM card, you will qualify to receive the relevant data allocation. Downward migrations will not be allowed during the, where you have received a once off free data allocation. 20. The Free data allocations may not be used for international roaming. 21. Where you hold more than one FNB Connect SIM card, Free data allocations will be made to your primary FNB Connect SIM card. 22. A limitation on allocation of Free data may be imposed where the sustainability of the Promotion is compromised. 1

To qualify to receive once-off Free data during the, you shall be required to take up and activate one or more FNB Connect SIM card/s. 3. You shall be required to accept delivery and activate the FNB Connect SIM card within the Promotional Period. 4. Where delivery and activation takes place after the Promotional Period, you shall not qualify to receive Free data. 5. 4 FNB Connect Auto Top Up and Scheduled Top Up Promotion The FNB Connect Tap into Summer Free Data - FNB Connect Auto Top Up and Scheduled Top Up Promotion shall commence on the 1 st of November 2017, and shall terminate on the 31 st of January Hold a FNB personal bank account, Hold a FNB Connect Prepaid, or Top Up SIM card, which has Auto Top and/or Scheduled Top Up functionality, 2. To qualify to receive once-off Free data during the, you shall be required to recharge your FNB Connect SIM card/s using the Auto Top Up and Scheduled Top Up facility on our electronic banking channels. How this Promotion works? 1. Should you meet the above Participation criteria and any of the Qualifying criteria during the, you will receive 1 (one) GB Free data. 2. A limitation of 1 (one) allocation for Auto Top Up, and 1 (one) allocation for Schedule Top Up per customer shall apply. 3. Where you have more then 1 (one) FNB Connect qualifying SIM card, the Free data allocations will be made to the FNB Connect SIM card where the first Auto Top Up and first Scheduled Top Ups were activated. 4

5 FNB Prepaid Electricity, DSTV Subscription Payment and BoxOffice Top Up Promotion The FNB Connect Tap into Summer Free Data - FNB Prepaid Electricity, DSTV Subscription Payment and BoxOffice Top Up Promotion shall commence on the 1 st of November 2017, and shall terminate on the 31 st of January Hold a FNB personal bank account, Receive a personalised invitation to participate in the FNB Prepaid Electricity, DSTV Subscription Payment and BoxOffice Top Up Promotion Hold a FNB Connect Prepaid, Postpaid or Top Up SIM card, or 2. To qualify to receive once-off Free data during the, you shall be required to purchase Prepaid electricity or pay DSTV subscriptions or Top Up BoxOffice Account using any of our electronic banking channels.. How this Promotion works? 1. To qualify to receive once-off Free data during the, you shall be required to spend on your FNB Connect SIM cards in any of the following ways: Monthly FNB Connect SIM subscriptions, Purchase of additional airtime, voice, sms or data for your FNB Connect SIM Auto Top Up s and Scheduled Top Up s. To qualify to receive once-off Free data during the, you shall be required to take up and, accept delivery of the *qualifying products within the. To participate in this promotion, you must: a. Hold a qualifying FNB personal bank account, b. Hold an activate FNB Connect SIM c. Receive a personalized invitation to participate in this campaign 2. The customer must recharge their FNB SIM with a minimum of 5GB. 3. Free once off data allocations will be limited to one allocation per SIM. How this Promotion works? 1. You must have received free data through the Banking Incentives Promotion or FNB Savings and Cash Investments Data Promotion. 2. If you recharge your FNB Connect SIM with a minimum of 5GB of data by the 15 January 2018, the free data received will be doubled. 10

11 FNB Banking Incentives Promotion The FNB Connect Tap into Summer Free Data Banking Incentives Promotion shall commence on the 1 st of November 2017, and shall terminate on the 31 January Hold a FNB personal bank account, Hold a FNB Connect Prepaid, Postpaid or Top Up SIM card, 2.
