1 YEAR 6 MATHS LONG TERM PLAN ACADEMIC YEAR AUTUMN TERM WEEK BLOCK-UNIT MENTAL AND ORAL OBJECTIVE 1 Block A Unit 1 5 Questions from 1 Multiply and Divide numbers by 10, 100 and 1000 explaining through place value. Identify value of each digit to 3 decimal places 1 MAIN OBJECTIVE 1. Read whole numbers in figures and words up to 10 million and write in words (value of each digit) and DECIMALS 2. Partition Millions, hundreds of thousands, tens of thousands, thousands hundreds, tens and units and DECIMALS 3. Order numbers ASSESSMENT

Add, subtract negative integers 2 large numbers, including decimals and negatives and work out differences between numbers from given points on a number line 4. Use < and > 5.
