Also different testing conditions (oil temperatures) for the load stage test (SKS) can be selected. Hardened layer: safety is calculated and listed in the main report (section 4c), if the hardening depth t550 is entered. The calculation is based on the DNV Wear factor according to Plewe extended to 2mym and added the unit to mm^2/n/10^9 Tolerance calculation according "Proposal DIN " is removed. For gears with undercut and tool with protuberance, the root form circle is calculated more precisely. New tabs "Load" and "Coefficients" added in order to provide faster access to the data, as i.e. KHbeta, etc. Material data: properties for POM (VDI2545) are changed so that the max temperature is 100, since the material is not anymore stabil in shape using higher temperatures. Material data for 2 sintered material "DISTALOY AE" (Fa. Höganäs) implemented. Tab Basic Data: inner diameter can be entered with wall thickness factor now. Thickness of cross-piece can be entered also as absolute value or as a factor. Tab Load: load spectra definition enhanced with input of individual values for the coefficients KHB, YM and Kgam (per flank) for left and right flank.
