Released Position 1-1 1/8 CAT1 does much of what the factory machine does to check, and properly adjust, a clutch. Factory Machine Engaged Position 1/2-9/16 Get on-site adjusting capability that, until now, was available only in factory shops. 28 WARRANTY Clutches 180 days or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs fi rst. Cast-cover pull type units w/ new c/p 1 year or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs fi rst. Mid-America Clutch Co., Inc. warrants the products manufactured by Mid-America Clutch Co., Inc. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service; its obligation under this warranty being limited to making good of product only, which shall be returned to mid-america co., inc., with transportation charges prepaid and which its examination shall disclose to Mid-America Clutch Co., Inc. s satisfaction to have been thus defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on its part, and Mid-America Clutch Co., Inc. neither assumes or authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products. This warranty only applies when the units are properly installed in the vehicles for which they are intended and does not apply to any clutch which has been altered, misused, or improperly installed or serviced.
