1 Software Identification 1.1 Current Delivery SIP DECT Software Version OM Configurator Aastra 6x0d Firmware 2.04 Aastra 142d / Aastra DECT 142 Firmware Aastra 142d / Aastra DECT 142 Phone Book Tool DECT Monitor Last Delivery SIP DECT Software Version OM Configurator Aastra 6x0d Firmware 2.04 Aastra 142d / Aastra DECT 142 Firmware Aastra 142d / Aastra DECT 142 Phone Book Tool DECT Monitor 2.1 Aastra 2010, Technical data are subject of change. 2
2 Reason for Software Release 2.1 Corrections The following problems are corrected. CTBbe32681: Replaces header with wrong tag ordering CTBbe32683: incoming call without "To" username causes that no BYE is send CTBbe32402: An incoming call with offered "a=inactive" audio stream could cause OMM reset. CTBbe32272 / OBS 1876 OMM does not use the packetization interval of SDP offer CTBbe32273 / OBS 1877 OMM does not use the payload of INVITE received CTBbe31657: memory leak regarding rack / rseq header CTBbe31942: When a 6xxd handsets starts a blind transfer, ÿÿÿÿÿÿ was presented in display for a very short time. Additional, when a blind transfer was in preparation and the input of the transfer target is timed out (4 sec.) ÿÿÿÿÿÿ was dialled. CTBbe31918: The following circumstances have caused an OMM restart - a Message Waiting Indication was send to GAP handset during a DECT-DETACH (handset switched off) - a call received before a handset was located on the DECT network a first time CTBbe31717 / OBS 1796: the SUBSCRIBE requests for Message Waiting Indication have included doubled Route header field if an outbound proxy was configured CTBbe31904 / OBS 1841 / MIPC-757: the 200 response for a received UPDATE request didn t contain a Contact header field CTBbe32039: The replacing of an early-dialog was not accepted. An INVITE with a Replaces header field matching an early dialog initiated by the OMM was rejected with a 481 response. This is now corrected. Such an INVITE with Replaces is now accepted with a 200 response. OMM Pr oxy --- I NVI TE - - > < cr eat es <ear l y - di al og> <-- I NVI TE( Repl aces: <ear l y - di al og>) > CTBbe32015: The French dial tone was incorrect and is now corrected to a 440 hertz and continuous (not cadenced) tone. Aastra 2010, Technical data are subject of change. 3
The call transfer does not work if the active call is an outgoing call => tel and other not supported URI schemes are ignored in P-Asserted-Identity + and Contact header fields by updating the handset display 1791 (G0): The Cseq number of the 2nd PRACK is not incremented (CTBbe31471). Silence suppression does not work (CTBbe31469). Wrong call number at transfer target side after receiving UPDATE request (CTBbe30755). A received NOTIFY for MWI without matching subscription (from-, to-tag, call-id) is answered with 200 OK (CTBbe31207). Handset comes in a blocking state if during a call waiting indication the active remote side release the call (CTBbe30159). DECT frequencies for the DECT regulatory domain Brazil (Anatel) adapted. 2.2 New Functionality A new configuration parameter Receiver precedence on CODEC negotiation has been introduced on the System->SIP Web page. Receiver precedence on CODEC negotiation on off Description The CODEC selection for incoming SDP offers based on the own preference order list. The first entry in the OMM preferred codec list matching an entry in the incoming SDP offer will be selected. The CODEC selection based on the preference order list of incoming SDP offer. The first entry in the incoming order list matching an entry of OMM preferred codec list will be selected. This is the default and is as recommended in RFC Other Reasons None 2.4 Open Issues None Aastra 2010, Technical data are subject of change. 4
3 Restrictions This release requires DECTMonitor IP release 2.0 or higher. Older DECTMonitor IP releases will not work. OpenMobility manager Web service system page: The value US (FCC/CI) for the selection of the Regulatory Domain is only valid with FCC compliant RFP32/34 NAs. OpenMobility Manager web service system page: The DECT Regulatory Domain Brazil is only for evaluation! Aastra 2010, Technical data are subject of change. 5
4 Additional Information The use of the OpenMobility Configurator requires Java Runtime environment version 1.6 or higher. The browser used for service access has to be at least Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and must have frame support, JavaScript and cookies enabled. After an upgrade from a 1.1.x to a 1.8.x OpenMobility release, the login password of user 'omm' is reset to the default value 'omm'. With the first login on the Web Interface after update there will be a mandatory requirement for changing the passwords for the omm and root account. The default password of root is Supplementary services and the improved MMI are only running with Aastra DECT 142 / 142d handsets with SW or higher. When upgrading or downgrading the OMM Software please delete the cookies and the cache in your browser after the upgrade / downgrade and before connecting with the new OMM Software. Otherwise it may happen, that the OMM web service is locked. Firefox offers the possibility to delete the cookies only for a certain IP address, whereas in the Microsoft Internet Explorer all cookies have to be removed. As in the past, the database built with this release is not backward compatible with older releases. A downgrade to an older release will require a database matching the older release. Before upgrading the OMM Software a database backup is strongly recommended. After an upgrade from 1.1.x to 1.8.x OpenMobility release, the sending of User-Agent/Server header information is switched off by default. This can be activated again via the WebUI (System->SIP->User agent info). After an upgrade from a 1.1.x to 1.8.x OpenMobility Release the booter of the RFPs will be updated to Version 3.3.x. The OpenMobility Configurator 1.8.x is required to configure RFPs with this new booter version. If you downgrade the RFPs to an older release the booter will not downgrade automatically. After an upgrade from a 1.1.x to 1.8.x OpenMobility Release, the booter of the RFPs is login protected by the Full Access username and password (this is set in the web service of the OMM). Aastra 2010, Technical data are subject of change. 6
