In this guide is described how to change password Author :Luca Lorenzetti Release Date :05/24/2017 Last Revision :1.1 Revision Date :05/24/2017 Security Policy for passwords A network password must fulfill following requirements: Minimum length: 8 characters It must contains at least a number and a letter Password cannot be changed more than once per day The password cannot be the same as the previous four Passwords expires every 90 days Typing wrong password three times consecutively will lock account for half hour BEFORE CHANGING PASSWORD, CLOSE ALL PROGRAMS WICH HAVE TO CONNECT TO PRAMAC SERVICES, SUCH AS CLIENT (OUTLOOK), SKYPE FOR BUSINESS/LYNC, PDM, epdm, etc. REMEMBER TO UPDATE PASSWORD IN ALL DEVICES USED TO ACCESS PRAMAC.COM SERVICES

2 Password editing can be done using two different systems: Via webmail; Via extra.pramac.com; extra.pramac.com web service is useful if the user need to change password, but cannot remember the old one, or doesn t have any pramac associated. Change password outside PR Industrial Network using webmail site To change password the user must log in to website. Click on Options link, sited in top right corner, just below the user name, and choose Change your password In this page click on General, and then choose My account and then clink on Change your password

3 In next page fill Current password and provide the new desired one in New password and Confirm new password, then click on Save link. The new password must fulfill Security Policy for passwords If password is expired the server will request to change password once logged in The new password must fulfill Security Policy for passwords. Close mail client and start it again.

4 Change password outside PR Industrial Network via extra.pramac.com Go to web page First link allows the user to renew the password, even if the old one is lost. Clicking on this link redirect to a page asking for username. Fill with proper username and click on Forgot password.

5 A message will be sent to the user address, containing a link to follow to update your credentials. Provide the new desired password in New password and Confirm new password The new password must fulfill Security Policy for passwords; Click on I m not a robot and follow on-screen instructions

6 When knowing both username and old password the second link is the fastest system to update credentials: In this page fill Username field with the proper one, then fill Old password and provide the new desired one in New password and Confirm new password ; The new password must fulfill Security Policy for passwords; Click on I m not a robot and follow the in page instructions to validate all data; Then click on Submit button.

7 Prevent the account to be locked out Following instructions are providing some hints on how to update credentials stored in windows and the most common browser in windows pc. Please remember to check also in tablet and mobile phones to update stored credentials. Credentials stored in windows To prevent the account to be locked out check if password is stored in windows. From windows 7 and earlier click on start and type directly credential manager, click on Credential Manager Icon Click on Windows Credentials, and expand all pramac.com related credentials, then click on edit and update with new password

8 Credentials in other browsers Chrome Click on top right corner on the three dots to open the menu and select Settings Scroll to bottom and click Advanced Locate Password and forms section and click on Manage password In Saved password choose the account to modify and click on the three dots to open the menu Click on Details, update the password with the new one and click on Done. Firefox Click on the three lines on the top right corner to open the menu and select Options ; Select Security on the left and click on Saved logins in the middle of the screen; Select the login that needs to be updated and click on Show Passwords --- WARNING --- doing so password will be shown in clear. Confirm you wish to view current password Right click on the account that needs to be updated and choose edit password Update with current password and click Close.
