3 1 Updte Resoure Pln In this step, you n modify nd/or dd new tem memers to progrm, progrm omponent, nd supplement tems to updte the resoure pln. 1 Clik the t. The Tem Struture sreen ppers. This sreen is red-only. Quik Tip To ess progrm, lik My Progrms or run serh. Tem memer ssignments disply. Roles for whih no memer is ssigned will disply s Not Yet Assigned. 2 Clik the su-t. 2

5 Add/Assign Roles 1 To dd/ssign roles y tegory: Selet tegory from the Selet Ctegory drop-down menu. Options populte in the Selet Roles pnel. Clik to selet the pproprite role in the Selet Roles pnel. Clik the utton. d The role displys. Selet tem memer from the drop-down menu. e Clik the utton. Quik Tip If n Art Studio or Full Servie Vendor role is dded s tem memer, hek ox ppers next to the nme. 6 Edit Assigned Roles 1 To edit ssigned roles: Clik the drop-down menu with the urrent tem memer ssignment in the Tem Memer olumn nd selet new memer. Clik the utton. 5

7 Delete Roles 1 To delete roles: Selet the pproprite role(s). Clik the utton. Clik the utton. 6

8 Copy Tem Struture 1 To opy tem struture from nother ISBN or PEAR ID: Selet the ISBN-10, ISBN-13, or PEAR ID from the drop-down menu. Type the pproprite numer into the text ox. 9 Tem Templtes 1 Existing tem templtes re reted y Admins/Super Users (from the Tem Mintenne option under the PCS Admin menu). To use n existing tem templte: Selet templte from the SELECT TEMPLATE drop-down menu. Clik the utton to preview the templte. Repet the proess until you hve the desired templte. Clik the utton. 8

10 Aess to Extrnet The Aess to Extrnet sreen is the min sreen tht is used to define vendors ess to the PCS Extrnet. This sreen llows Person user to selet vendor nd then identify the shedule templte tht vendor should see in PCS upon login. PCS users s well s vendors will provide input on shedule milestones vi the Extrnet. Eh vendor ompny grnted ess to the PCS Extrnet system must lso e ssigned vendor role (i.e., AV or Shedule. The AV role orresponds to the Art Studio role nd the Shedule role orresponds to the Full Servie Vendor role). Quik Tip Clik the utton to export to PDF. Clik the utton to dd dditionl vendors. This tool llows quntittive nlysis of performne long with detiled informtion tht supports the dt. Sorerd results will e shred with vendors s the need rises nd will e the sis for nnul prepress vendor meetings.
