Iso Floor is a superior raised floor system that can be adapted to the conditions you have within your project and can handle pretty much any heavy loads. It s modularity allows the end user extra time to negotiate the purchasing of high cost equipment such as Switchgears, UPS and Transformers since the floor is fully modular and can easily be adapted afterword as well if needed! Bergvik takes full responsibility, from production, project documentation and management, CAD or Revit design, material delivery, installation and final inspection. This means providing 100% control throughout each and every project. Iso Floor benefits The fully modular design allows for initial installation of the steel sub-structure only, and after other Sub Contractors have completed their work in the under-floor plenum, the installation of floor panels can proceed. The rigid sub-structure provides full stability even if all panels are removed. No other raised floor offer this added value. Up to 1200 mm between pedestals, meaning up to 70% fewer pedestals than with conventional 600x600 mm grid access floors. This provides maximum space in the under-floor plenum for cable management. No need for pre-welded support stands for heavy equipment. This allows the end user extra time to negotiate the purchasing of high cost equipment such as Switchgears, UPS and Transformers. Allows for optimized equipment layout and full access in service aisles to electrical-, data-, plumbing and ventilation in the underfloor plenum. All panels in aisles are accessible, which provides full access to the under-floor area. With a conventional access floor using only 600x600 mm panels, full access is not possible. Iso Floors fully modular design allows for static loads up to to 40 kn/m 2. The distance between the primary beam sections (Lx) and pedestal placement on primary beams (Ly) are the factors that decide the design load. The distance between the secondary beam sections (Lz) are normally 600 mm, or based on the floor panel size specified, or can be less if a transportation path is integrated into the floor design. In areas where transformers up to kg are placed, the floor is complemented with an integrated modular transformer stand and a reinforced transformer transportation path. The integrated stand prevents any vibrations to the Iso Floor and can be complemented with air grilles. 3

Installation of cable ladders under the floor can be mounted directly to the Iso Floor pedestals with Bergvik s smart Holder Clamp, or with stepless cable ladder brackets. Due to the flexible pedestal spacing, it is easy to coordinate the installation with the cable management installation. 4

To maximize the usage of the floor space, we offer floor panels in custom sizes, from x600 mm. We have three standard finishes of the laminate; M335 Granite, H818 Alder and A0040 Oak. Bergviks laminate is applied with a direct lamination process, which prevents the panel from de-lamitation. No glue, which could work loose, is used. Bergvik laminate is antistatic, extremely durable and easy to clean. Bergvik laminated panels are also fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
