Only 17.5mm wide, H3DS Timers fit into standard, modular 45mm panels. The series consists of two multi-function timers for all common timing functions and four monofunction timers for more specific timing requirements; for example, Delay-ON (two models), Flicker mode with independent time settings, and Star/Delta for starting 3- phase motors. All timers include a wide selection of time ranges allowing you to set your timer according to your requirements. Furthermore, each model supports all common industrial supply voltages, ensuring you always have the right model. Other standard features include LED indication for status information and potential-free output relay for switching loads up to 5A/250VAC. With our XL/XLC models (Delay- ON with Solid State output), the so-called Two Wire timers, you can reduce wiring time because you simply need to connect the timer in series with the load. And to save even more valuable time as well as improve wiring connection quality, all models are now also available with the Screw-Less Clamp. Unique locking mechanism Save your settings from unintentional adjustments This new generation of compact timers is fitted with a world premier: an ingenious locking mechanism that will prevent accidental or unauthorised adjustment of the settings that could endanger your production process. Using a unique, pen-like key, you can operate the locking mechanism with a single twist. Time settings, time ranges and the timer function are all locked separately, allowing you to adjust specific settings without accidentally changing others. 3 Save time with Screw-Less Clamps As the cost of labour continues to increase, so does the need for timesaving features. Wiring timers can be time-consuming, especially in applications that use a series of identical cabinets. Alongside the traditional screw type connection, OMRON has introduced a technically advanced clamping system that reduces wiring time by more than 50%! The clamping system, which has already proved its worth in many industrial applications, no longer uses screws. But don t throw away that screwdriver just yet. The Screw-Less Clamps are not only time savers: previously the quality of the wire connection used to depend on the way the wire was screwed into the terminal, but now it is secured by the clamp itself.
