2 RUSSIAN VISA APPLICATION VIP SERVICE* Travel Visa Pro will review your documents and prepare application for you to sign within three hours from receipt of your forms. Requests received outside business hours (9:00-17:00 Monday - Friday) will be completed the following business morning. Once you receive your completed Russian visa application (see sample), please print it, SIGN IT and then post it to Travel Visa Pro with the rest of the documents. To engage in this service, please: 1. Complete the following three pages to sign up 2. 8 Do-It-Yourself Guide Note: Before you start completing the application form please make sure that you have access to the following: - Internet browser, which supports 128-bit encryption with operating JavaScript. The website currently supports Internet Explorer versions 7.0 and above, and Mozilla Firefox versions 3.6 and above. - Adobe Acrobat Reader. - Inkjet or laser printer to print the visa application form. - Your valid national passport and relevant documents, required for the visa application process, depending on the duration and purpose of your trip. 9 Please select the English language Tick the box to agree with that you read the information. Click on the Complete new application form button at the bottom left In the next screen you will be asked to create a password.

10 Please write down your Application ID number. After you created a password, please take a note of it. Click on Submit button in order to continue. Please ensure you enclose these details with your application form when you send them to Travel Visa Pro. We may need to log in on your behalf and, if necessary, amend some information related to invitations to Russia. Click on the Next button in order to start completing application form. Please start to fill in your application. It must be as accurate as possible. Please ensure you provide all possible information including education and previous jobs. We appreciate it may have been years ago and difficult to remember all the details, but you have to do your best. If, for example, you miss the education section, but your occupation is an engineer, it will raise doubts how you became an engineer without attending a college/university and reduce the chances of getting a visa. If you cannot remember some details, please enter None, N/A or I don t know. Please ensure you save each page as a draft hence you do not lose the information you already typed in.

12 Please select No. However, if you were born in the former USSR country - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine or Uzbekistan - you must select Yes and provide the date and reason why you lost USSR citizenship. If you your marital status is married, divorced or separated, you will require entering details of your spouse as in his/her passport. Please check if all the details have been entered correctly and once you are sure they were, click on Save draft and then Next

14 Please see example below for Passport Details section: Please select Tourist unless you hold a diplomatic, official or other type of passport. Please enter all passport information as it is in your passport. Remember click the Save draft button in order to save the entered details. Click on the Next button to move onto the next section. Please see example below of the Visit details section: If you are applying for a tourist visa, please select Travel company from the drop down menu. Please enter the name, address and the reference number of the company as listed on your confirmation/voucher. If you do not have an invitation, let us know and we will provide it for you. In that case enter details as per example. If you have your own confirmation, please enter its number. If you require one, please enter five zeros and let us know your log in details. We will amend the number for you.

15 If you are travelling for business purpose, please select Organization from the drop down menu. Please enter the name of the inviting organisation and its reference number. If you know inviting organisation s Tax Identification Number (TIN), please enter it. If you don t know one, please enter and we will amend it for you. Please enter telex number if you have one. It is issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please enter Invitation number if you have it. If you require one, please enter five zeros and let us know your log in details. We will amend the number for you. Please enter the names of the cities/towns you will visit in Russia. If you require adding more cities, please click Add button. If you are a UK passport holder and have travel insurance, please provide details. If you are travelling with any other EU country s passport, you must have medical insurance valid in Russia.

16 If you are applying for a transit visa, please select No, otherwise select Yes and provide full details of the hotels or alternative accommodation where you intend to stay in Russia. Please click on the Save draft button before moving to the next stage. Please see example for Additional Information section: If you are or have ever been involved in any armed/militant forces or had a special training, you will be asked to provide further details. You will also have to provide details if you were involved in any armed conflict (even if you were a victim). If you are applying on behalf of your child, please select No and provide your full name, address and relationship to the applicant.

18 Please see example of the Last visit details section: If you have been issued a Russian visa before, please select Yes and provide the details. If you visited any other countries in the past ten years, please select from the list which ones and provide the dates when you were there. If you need to add additional countries, please click on Add. If you hold passports of any other countries, please select Yes and list the countries you are citizen of. Please Save draft before you move onto the next stage. Please see example below for Miscellanous information section: Please enter full names of your parents. If you do not know them, please enter I don t know. Please enter your address and contact details.

19 Please enter the full name, address contact details of your employer or school. If you have any relatives in Russia, please select Yes and provide their names and relationship to you. Make sure you Save draft before you move on. Please see example of the Appointment details section: Please select Visa Application Centre VFS UK (London) as per this example. We will take your documents on your behalf to this particular branch. Please click on Save draft and then Next.

20 Verifying entered information Please verify all the information you entered is accurate. Please double check it with your passport and ensure no typing mistakes are left. If you notice any inaccuracies you can click on Edit button in order to amend the particular section of the application. Once you are 100% confident please click on Save button.

21 Please follow instructions in order to complete the application online. Click on Print A4 button at the bottom left. Please take note of the Application Number for your records and tracking purpose.

22 Signature section: Please read the printed form and if you find any mistakes, please re-do it. If all information is correct, please date (dd/mm/yy) and sign it. Your signature must be same as in your passport and must fully fit into the box. If this form completed on behalf of a child, either of the parent/guardian can sign.
