5 All Medicarts KYDEX WORKTOP The sleek Kydex worktop consists of one continuous surface with raised edges on 3 sides. There are no sharp edges, which makes the worktop easy to clean. The worktop is scratch-proof, suitable for all common cleaning products and disinfectants and is UV- and heat-resistant. Everything wipes right off, even disinfectants that stain like ISO Betadine. 5

7 All Medicarts BODY PANELS The side and back panels are extremely durable, as they are scratch-proof and maintenance-friendly and have an excellent strength/weight ratio. The HPL finish makes this an ideal material for the medical sector. 7

8 All Medicarts CASTERS The castors meet the highest quality standards, and the design is the result of years of expertise. Studies have shown that the dual castors result in 50% less rolling resistance and improved maneuverability of the cart. The Medicart has 4 double non-marking Tente swivel castors of which 1 with a brake and 1 with a swivel lock (antistatic). 8

11 Medicart Drawers The concept: the 12 drawer positions can be tailored to your individual needs with drawers for baskets 50, 100 and 200 mm high (600 x 400 mm). A choice of different colors for the drawers and for the body*. A full range of accessories. Standard worktop height of 998 mm. 4 standard configurations available (amongst which an emergency cart) The cart can be completely tailored to your needs, thanks to the combination of different drawer heights, a new range of colors and selection of accessories. * Coloured body until depletion of stocks, afterwards only available in grey 11

12 Medicart Drawers 12P (60 cm) - CONCEPT The Medicart with drawers has 12 positions (12P) of which the total is a height of 60 cm of baskets. Any drawer can be placed in any position. 1P - For modules 5 cm high 2P - For modules 10 cm high 3P - For modules 10 cm high (with extra height space) 4P - For baskets 20 cm high 4P - For baskets 200 mm high 12

15 Medicart Drawers RUNNERS The runners are equipped with a softclosing system. The drawer slows down as it closes and is then slowly pulled shut. The runners are enclosed in the drawer frame so they are invisible, resulting in a sleek design, which also prevents contact with grime or grease. The drawer is 105% extendable which makes it easy to remove the trays from the frame. 15

16 Medicart Drawers HANDLES The drawers have aluminum handles with rounded corners for easy cleaning and disinfecting. The handles have a lacquer finish which is soft to the touch. 16

32 Medicart Roller Shutter PLASTIC SHUTTER The cart is equipped with a push button for easy, ergonomic opening of the rolling shutter. The rolling shutter is retracted into a sealed unit in one continuous movement which prevents dirt from interfering with the system. The structure of the cart allows for easy cleaning of the inside and of the rolling shutter. 32

33 Medicart Roller Shutter HANDLE The plastic rolling shutter comes with an aluminum handle that spans the entire width. With this handle the rolling shutter can be opened and closed safely and ergonomically. 33

34 Medicart Roller Shutter LOCK The electronic lock is a standard feature; it locks the push button in the closed position and can be opened with a 4-digit code. The push button and the electronic lock are right below the worktop. The electronic lock can be used up to 80,000 times with one set of batteries. 34
