Expense History enables employees to view all entered vouchers and check the statuses of the processing to identify when reimbursement payments are created. Employees can only view their own specific voucher data and history. Statuses will show verifications of Pending, Approved, Staged, and Paid vouchers. Employees can view their Travel and Expense History information on the Employee Self Service > Travel & Expense > Review Expense History page. 8 9. On the Employee Expense History page, the bottom section of the page lists all Expense documents that match the criteria you entered in the top section of the page. The document Type, ID, Description, current Status, relevant Dates and Submitted Amounts display. To view an Expense document, click on its link in the ID column. 9 10. In this example, we selected an Expense Report link, so the Expense Report Details page opens.the Report ID and all information entered on the submitted document appears on the page. This is true for all document types. The approval path for the document appears in the Expense Report Status section of the page and any comments entered during the approval (or denial) process appear in the Approval Detail section.
