Company was established in 2001 The firm provides services in geomatic surveying engineering, zoning and cadastre services, mobile mapping, photogrametry, geographic information systems and software developing services. Many projects was completed succesfully across Kosovo, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Egypt and Algeria. Mobile Mapping Projects all around Turkey, Avcılar Municipality Ataşehir Municipality Arnavutköy Municipality Sarıyter Municipality Bayrampaşa Municipality Kadıköy Municipality Çorum Municipality Gölbaşı Municipality Kırıkkale Municipality Tekirdağ Municipality Pendik Municipality İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (still in progress, establishing 4000 km road inventory management system for more than 5000 users in the metropolitan municipality ) Antalya Metropolitan Municipality

3 Antalya City This city is a cross road of ancient Pamphilia, Psidia and Lycia and was established in the most fertile geography of Anatolia. Antalya has been the centre of culture, art, architecture and mythology throughout its history. With it s nature made up of dark blue seas, spectacular Taurus mountains, fervent waterfalls, boulevards lined with palm trees, award winning marina and world known holiday villages is what makes Antalya the capital of Tourism. Antalya, a pearl of Turkish Riviera is the 3rd most visited city of the world with dynamic economy, tourism, modern urban life and historical sites.

4 What is the aim of this project? Controlling and updating the area values and types of advertising signs Updating tax payers informations on the system Updating the number of advertising signs and tax payers in Antalya City Creating GIS, managing spatial datas and integrating new calculated sign areas, to the City Information System Automation for internal use Creating Panoramic City Guide for public use

5 Project Scope : 750 km road network shop, workplace, office 250 boulevard and avanue 2 months When relying on traditional surveying techniques, it is obvious to see that updating and integrating this volume of data is near to impossible

6 Project Team : 3 Geomatic Engineers for managing project, controlling datas and technical support 3 operator ( Mobile mapping field team ) 10 field staff collecting data with PDAs from tax payers 10 operator for mobile mapping data process and creating sign inventories 3 surveyers for generating ground control points on field

7 Project Work Flow Collecting informations from tax payers with Field work using Windows based PDAs Mobile Mapping data capturing with Topcon Ips 2 Compact Processing mobile mapping data CLICK TO PLAY VIDEO Measuring advertising signs with Orbit AIM Desktop software and adding these values to spatial data that was collected from field

8 Project Work Flow Importing all the spatial datas to a Postgre database Adjusting the spatial datas format to be used (for querying data) in our web based City Information System called CityInfoCenter Matching the current and new collected informations of tax payers on database to find the real tax value and calculating extra income Creating new advertisement registirations for new tax payers

13 Mobile Mapping data capturing How did we plan this part? Use precisely calculated base stations Generate ground control points for bad environments ( wherewegotbadgps signals ) Trying to make intersections on every run ( trajectory ) Drive close to the buildings to see the advertising signs clearly

14 Processing mobile mapping data Basically we have 8 process steps: 1. GPS post process 2. Image converting 3. Adjusting data using ground control points at Spatial Factory software 4. Calculating photo positions 5. Generating point cloud 6. Exporting converted images 7. Adjusting height value on point cloud and photo position files 8. Importing the final datas in to Orbit AIM desktop software Geoclean software Spatial Factory software

22 Matching the current and new calculated sign areas We use the new collected informations (from field) to match the registered area values with new measured area values and calculate the missing tax income.
