You are informed about the covered distance (or elapsed time) and about the vehicle consumption between a full and the previous full, through such a value the average consumption is then calculated. Thanks to the presence of the Emoticon icons, it is possible to see the vehicle consumption: The vehicle had a bad performance in comparison to the set consumption range in the vehicle card (or a wrong odometer was entered); The vehicle had an average consumption, that is within the range defined in the vehicle card; The vehicle had an better consumption, that is within the range defined in the vehicle card; As reported on the window. 75

It is possible to export the repot that it is displayed on the list (refer to chapter 12) Vehicle total average consumption since when it was entered in the system Last refuel Covered distance (elapsed time) by the vehicle since it was entered in the installation Average consumption between the last 2 refules The above screen was based on the following calculations: Travelled km = covered distance (or elapsed time) between two consecutive refuels. Subtot Travelled = covered distance (or elapsed time) between two full refuels. Litres Consumed = Total of supplied litres between two refuels. Consumption = ratio between Subtot Travelled and Litres Consumption. Travelled km = covered distance or elapsed time Average Consumption = average arithmetical consumption. N.B. Inside the report there are refuel forecast outside the installation associated to the vehicle (refer to paragraph 7.4). Refuels with the Ibutton of the disabled vehicle or through the Bypass of the vehicle Ibutton, are not used to calculate the vehicle consumption, as such refuels are not associated to any vehicle. 76

CHAPTER 7: Drivers 7.1 Addition of new drivers In the section Drivers it is possible to display and change the single driver conditions. Add a driver GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ADVANCED INFORMATION SECTION 77

To add a new driver, click on general section and enter the following paramters: General information section - profile photos: clicking on the key SELECT IMAGE, it is possible to lead the driver photo saved on the PC; - vehicle category entitled to fuel: automatically no vehicle category is selected. Select the category of vehicles which the driver can drive. Once selected such a category, the image will be changed. Once the category selected, the image will change the state (from mat to red). - name and surname; - telephone number; - IButton code: it can be immediately read leaning the key on the reader (refer to chapter 13); - PIN code with 6 digits: a single code the driver should enter when accessing the column unit in case the ibutton key is missing. Once the maximum quantity reached through the period, the user is disabled until another period starts. - Daily: it is possible to enter the maximum fuelling and the number of days within which the quantity is to be fuelled. When selecting the fuelling standard date, the entered days start to be counted. Every day number entered, the driver limit is reset. Weekly: it is possible to set the maximum weekly refuelling and the reset weekly day Monthly: it is possible to set the maximum monthly refuelling None: no time limit is set (inside the installation, the maximum refuelled quantity accounts for 9999 litres (gallons)). In case it is a type of counting different from None, it is possible to set a percentage value informing the user when such a driver overcame the refuelling threshold. Example: Limit = 900 litres (measure unit of the consumptions -> Distance: Km/L) Alarm notification = 80 % The icon will be displayed when the maximum refuelling will be lower than such a value: ( 900* (100- alarm notification))/100 By default such a percentage value is set on 80%. Such an alarm will be notified through icons display over the driver box (refer to paragraph 7.2). N.B. Should the user decide to change the defined period or the maximum refuelling quantity throughout the period, the refuelled litre (gallons) counting up to that date is reset. If the driver refuelled outside, such activities are not included in the residual Litre (gallons) counting. 79

7.2 Monitoring the driver conditions With Self Service Management 2.0 it is possible to immediately see the abnormal behaviour of any driver Selecting the panel OPTION it is possible to display the enabled or disabled drivers or both (by default the enabled drivers are displayed) listed by Surname. Such a selection will be used a filter for the research field and to export files in the Section List. Navigation through the pages 80

It is also possible to monitor the fuelling by the single driver by means of the following two icons which will be displayed in case a different counting from "None" is set on the card driver in the Advanced information section: ICON DESCRIPTION The driver is in alert as he/she already profited from 80% of the maximum fuelling quantity (it is possible to set the present parameter from the advanced information section inside each single driver information); The driver already reached the maximum dispensable quantity for the entire period; therefore he/she can t do any internal refuel to the installation until the following period. 81
