The aim of each course is also included in this document. The types and levels of the CEM s training courses are set out with an explanation of the differences between the types and levels. Information regarding CEMs on-site courses is set out with the benefits they offer, as well as examples of courses developed and tailor-made to customer requirements. The contact information is provided for a quotation on the offering of a client-specific course. Information on the accreditation and registration of CEM courses, including SETA accreditation, NQF, CPD and SAATCA registrations. How to request on-site training: download a questionnaire to select or develop the best suited training solution to meet your specific requirements, and request a quotation. How to apply for a remark: contact details for more information on a remark on an examination paper. How to apply for re-examination: request a re-examination within one year (12 months) off the date of the letter and follow the re-examination process by completing an addendum and paying a re-examination fee. How to raise a complaint: raise any complaint during or after a CEM course by providing the following information: details of the course and complaint, a short description of the persons involved, and information about the person initiating the complaint. How to request a quotation on a CEM public course: request a quotation for any CEM course by providing the following information: name and surname, number of delegates, invoice address (company or private), company VAT number, course name and date, telephone number and address.
