(the "Employer) for the production currently titled "You Me Her Season 3" (the "production"). AH terms and conditions, unjess otherwise altered herein, shall be the. terms and conditions applicable to the Union located within the BCCFU Master Agreement, its Appendices, its Sideletters, and the BCCFU Supplemental Master, hereafter referred to as the "Agreement". Pursuant to Section 1.02 of the Agreement, the Employer agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions 9f t~e Agreeme_nt fqoije groductiqn. The Employer acknowledges that it is aware of the Union's prior obligations set forth in the written notice of prior obligations described in Section 1.03 of the Agreement.
